So Friday July 21st me and my girlfriend went to TGIF by the aurora mall to enjoy unlimited apps. We get there its a friday night so the dining area is like 30-45 minute wait so Im like lets go sit in the bar area. We got to find a table and find one but its kind of dirty so we asked for it to be wiped down and we get attitude like it was such a hassle. Im willing to look past that and just ready to eat. We saw a bar/booth area open up where the check was there empty plates and no one sitting there so we requested if it wasnt too much trouble if we could get that table. Our first server said it wasnt an issue but we go to move over there and he rushes over and tells us oh well that party all went to go smoke then not even 5 minutes later sat a party that just came in there. Ok.....whatever we find a clean table then waiting ten minutes we finally get a server who just walked in who said have you been helped yet. We responded no and she says ok I got yall we order out drinks and we wait 15 minutes to get them the table next to us with the same server got two rounds of there apps before we finally get our drinks. When we get our first round the guy who was supposed to be our server drops it off doesnt ask what we want next and walks off when we were freaky just wanted since napkins which I feel like we should of gotta with our food but I digress. Still at this point willing to look past it just ready to eat. So my girlfriend got a glass of water but there was something floating in it so she keeps saying excuse me as our server walks by and she pays us no mind. First two times ok its loud and busy maybe she cant hear her. By the time she walked by a 5th time I finally get up and have to walk over to my server helping the two tables right next to us and lightly tap her shoulder just to ask for a new water. Which took another 10 minutes to get. Im done by this point just ready to leave so I ask for the check and box my food up and I get my bill. And Im looking at the bill and it states that 15% of $31 is 15 dollars......Uhhh no not at all. I didnt enjoy my experience at all and I can only hope that no one has a similar experience at least in the bar area. So my recommendation is to just sit in the dining area

First it took ten mins to get seated, even though the restaurant was not even busy. As we walked in the door our waiter was also walking in and the hostess had a five min conversation about the customers that were asking about where he was. Then when we ordered I ordered a drink that was on the menu it took another 15 min for the waiter to even get back to me and tell me they didnt even have the ingredients to make the drink. We ordered the bottomless apps and got the boneless jack daniels wings that were only ok, and also got the chicken flat bread that was horrible dry and looked like it was made on a tortilla, my wife ordered the mozzarella sticks which were good. Hard to mess those up. My daughter ordered the chicken salad. I had finished my two apps and was handed the potato skins that i got cause everything else was bearly edible, as were these the driest things I have ever seen with bacon on top that was very under cooked. Finely after asking about my daughters salad for the third time it came out a was the best looking salad Ive seen in awhile. The waiter comped the salad since it took soo long to get it. But when the ticket came the drink that the bar was unable to make was still on it. Had it removed and left more than likely to never come back.

My fiancé and I work in the restaurant industry. We came after work, the bartender was going down in flames. She looked like it was her first time behind the bar. Her whole bar top was dirty with plates, nowhere to sit. Sat at a table in the cocktail area watched everyone of the servers struggling. We waited about 5 minutes to even be greeted. She said our server will be right with us. Quite embarrassing, when theres a total of 7 tables sat half of them with food. No reason for a bartender should be struggling that bad. Either needs to be put back in training or management needs to notice theres a problem and hire a bartender that can handle a high volume shift. That being said it was a Thursday night, not that busy. Losing out on money, not just for your store but for your servers. We love to tip for bad ass service. Unfortunately not here at this restaurant. When I told the server we were leaving due to how slow and not even any acknowledgement towards us as customers, her response was "okay, bye." Saw multiple people get up and leave not for happy. First time going in and last time. Hopefully management will notice and take action.

We have eaten here before and the meal and service was pretty good. Today, the turkey burger was DRY, there were no green bean fries (out of them), the waiter assigned to the table never showed so another waiter begrudgingly took our drink order, after 1/2 a beer the bartender came around and took our lunch order. We got fries instead of ordered salads. Then she brought salads after reminder. Then 2 minutes later asked how the good was. I hadnt tasted most of the good on my plate, so I said, OK so far. She came back at the end of the meal and ask how it was. I said, disappointing compared to last time. She said that I should have told her when she came to the table last time...as I opened my mouth to say that I realized they were busy and out of many items (there were other complaints while we were there)...she walked away in a huff. The burger was removed from the bill, but it would have been best to remove the attitude...and maybe the person in charge of inventory and the chef.

I came in to do a job interview i thought everything was OK the manger Tabitha had me and another women waiting to do our interview after about 10 minutes she came out and got the other women to do her interview mind you by this time i was very mad because my interview was at 12:05 and she wasnt interviewing me she interview someone else but the nice person i am i decide to give it a chance i shouldnt have i ended up waiting for about 1 hour and 10 minutes Tabitha never came back to give me my interview. She is very unprofessional to set to interviews a the same time . i wasted my time, gas, and money buying a interview outfit. i am very disappointed i thought it was going to be the prefect job for me but i guess not. i ended up telling the host that i was going to be living. I will never eat here ever again do not apply here for a job if you want to have your time wasted. If i could give zero stars i would
