Worst service Ive ever received from a qdoba. Got there and they already had somewhat of line to which we stood in for about 15 minutes before it was our turn. It looks as though they have a set of new staff who is in desperate need of proper training. While waiting 2 of the customers in front of us had mistakes with their meals. When we finally got to the counter it was a complete mess. Rice, beans, meats everywhere and mixing with neighboring containers. I ordered a chicken burrito and wanted the ancho chili bbq suace...had to tell the guy 3 times which sauce like I was speaking a different language. The rice was under cooked and the roll on the burrito was terrible. Fell apart halfway through eating. What is most disappointing in this visit wasnt the kids manning the counter...it was what I can only assume is the manager of this establishment. Blonde woman, blue shirt. Walking around talking and laughing to her employees while they are struggling and short of refilling some chicken did absolutely NOTHING to back them up...in fact sent an employee on break during this rush. As we were finishing our transaction she called out to her team that she would be in her office if they needed anything....seemed as useful as a wet paper towel....train the kids and get rid of your poor excuse for management.

Me and my girlfreind waited in line here for 20 min which dosent evwn see possible if you see how long there waiting line area is. But we waited on highschool staff to poorly clean the line and put the same amount of effort into the food. My cat could have rolled a better burrto with his ass. Then watched as my girlfrind attempted to order ancho chile sauce. only to watch a look of confusion glaze over the teenage employees eyes like she just asked him where he was headed in life. Then the manager came out like everything was normal to give no help or direction to her staff. Just watches them drown in a sea of beligured and disgruntled customers. If you have no where to be or like wasting your time, or even enjoy coporate americas bland decor come here. If you are like the rest of us, find anywhere else. One star is a star too far

My wife went in to get our food and this Qdoba I hope is not a corporate store! It was 7pm on a Sunday and they were cleaning so the food station was three feet away music blaring and they would not listen to the order I was standing watching this and could not believe it! Then the order was wrong and the emploees started speaking in Spanish and making fun of my wife and laughing at her, and she is 18 weeks pregnant! Now I know why CHIPOTLE rules!!!!!

This location is total garbage. Worst Qdoba Ive been to since they opened in the 90s. Workers are never organized and slow. Ive seen lines of 20+ people waiting to be served. For $8 my burrito better be a freakin masterpiece, but at this location its just a hastily assembled joke made by someone who could care less. I will gladly drive to the 120th and I-25 location to avoid this place, management really has it running well at that one.

I usually love qdoba, but I came in and was told they were out of a few key burrito ingredients and were out for the evening roughly an hour and a half from closing. They then proceeded to bring out more of the ingredients after we placed our orders. On top of that the employees were rude and inconsiderate to us. They were all sitting in the lobby eating in front of clientele

Always quick and delicious when I go, staff always seems friendly. Order is right and the price isnt bad I was reading a previous comment and customers forget that they are people too and deserve to sit down when they eat, even if it is in the dining room with everyone else

Its always so slow... 20 minutes in line. No sense of urgency. Seems like customer service is a forgotten concept. And everyone seems confused. Im not sure who is running the place, but its not at all well organized. A chaotic mess.

..Who is doing the hiring and training around there? Qdoba offers people healthy choices for meals and make it possible to customize your order.. I think its unfair the bad reputation this store is giving the Qdoba chain of restaurants.
