Choose your own Khanbinations! (Sorry - had to throw in one of their sales lines.) You get to choose which foods you want, including 12+ meats (including krab, shrimp, & tofu), 30+ veggies/fruits, ~8 sauces, and a starch (Udon, steamed rice, fried rice, etc.). You can load the bowl as high as you want (3 bowl sizes correspond to price levels). Lots of helpful hints from posters and the employees. Extremely clean. Rock music on the PA adds to the energy. My wife and I are currently trying a low-carb diet; they had no problem letting us use a second bowl to add more veggies to our meals. Very filling; worth the price. Will be coming back to try a more focused combination as well as the desserts.

Edit: I went back and the sauce they said the manager said "wouldnt order anymore" was back again! Edit: Moved from 2 stars to 4 stars. Original: I loved this place up until about 2 months ago. I have been going here for a while and loved it, but the last two times have been weak. The sauce I got the first 5-7 times I went there is not being ordered anymore. Also, the last time I went I ended up with a smaller portion than usual despite me getting the same portion I always do. What happened? Why would they change something good? Edit: I went back and the sauce they said they wouldnt order anymore was back again! Edit: Moved from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I worked at Genghis Grill at the Park Meadows location and I have to say it is the grossest/dirtiest place I have ever seen. Just a warning: They do NOT wash the silverware at all and in fact you will find crusted on food if you really look. I had to stack bowls that had dried sauces left behind. The meat comes from bulk bags and the sauces are left out so small bugs get in. I found a bug in my rice one time. Also, the manager Allison is the rudest, most inconsiderate person I have ever met. I had to QUIT my job because she was so unbearably rude. This place is DISGUSTING! I wouldnt spend a dollar there.

I have to update my review because the last time that I went to Genghis Grill, this location, I did not receive the service that I thought I should have. I think I may have visited once before when they had new staff or were just having a bad day. That happens, nobody can be perfect all of the time! Nonetheless, after my most recent visit I can say that Im absolutely satisfied with Genghis Grill and will come back often. This is definitely my favorite place to go to for Mongolian barbecue. I highly recommend this place as everything is excellent!

This is a good Mongolian style grill, but I will say it is different than others that I have been to. You pay by bowl, and there is no option to get unlimited bowls. This may be offset by the quality of the ingredients. Also from my experience, people who like Mongolian grills love very spicy food. None of their sauces are on that higher level of spice that hot heads love. All things considered, you can stack your bowl as high as you like, and the sauces they do have are pretty good. I wouldnt call it "the best Mongolian grill," but it was good.

Went there last night for first time. Loved it ! so many options to make healthy stir fry. Food was fresh and delicious, service awesome, we noticed how clean place is also. Fast delivery to our table-food was hot, straight from chef. Im a fan and will bring my teens... they will love all the choices to build their own dishes....shrimp, fish, chicken, beef, pork, many veggies, pasta, rice, fruit, toppings/sauces/seasonings. Owner/manager was very attentive to staff and customers. Reasonably priced.

Cant review the food, just the service, which was non-existent. Sure, it was a busy lunch rush, but every table that was seated after us (about seven parties) had wait service before us (party of two). Finally just walked out indicating to the hostess that we never received any service. We did get a Sorry guys... from her. I would have been happy with just an acknowledgement of a Be with you in a minute, or something like that, but no one even looked at us.

This place is HuHot for people that dont know about HuHot yet. Theyve obviously had to make some cutbacks since HuHot came into town. It started with the added charge of $1 or so to make your bowl "bottomless," which was fine. Now you get one serving and for anymore you need to pay for another whole entrée. For the same cost, I think actually less, you can go to HuHot and get as much as youd like. Just like they used to do here. Will not dine here again.

We came in and instantly were disgusted with the Dirty facility not to mention most of the staff doesnt listen our waiter was with us for a minute and asked us our two drinks and one appetizer multiple times. I was irritated to find half the sauces they dont have the cook was nice but thats not enough to bring someone back. The edamame was freezer burnt, and the staff is just busy playing games with each other. I would not recommend this place to anyone !

Genghis is one of my favorite lunch spots. Its basically a Chipotle style stir fry restaurant. You get to walk through a line and load your bowl up with anything you want. They grab it, cook it, and bring back out to you about 5 minutes later. Its great food and you have pretty endless options. You can also pick up some tricks, like using veggies to extend your bowl size, that will let you get some serious bang for your buck.

Meats and veggies were fresh, food service. I prefer Mongolian BBQ joints that have an option besides just the pre-made sauces. I know how I like mine, and its awkward guesswork when you have to try to figure out which sauces you can add to get the right mix, especially when you already know the soy sauce/garlic/ginger/chili ratio youre trying to achieve. Even considering that, the meal was still really enjoyable.

The best bang for your buck in town. Incredible bowls you build yourself. Happy staff every occasion I have gone. And the value is out of this world. Plus you can take your leftovers home and enjoy it all over again. Tony was our waiter, very professional, relaxed, and made us feel welcome. Great experience and highly reccomended after four visits. Celiac friendly but limited sauces.

Okay. I have 1 star but I loved Genghis Grill. Great concept. But recently, they jacked up prices, which I think were already on a high, comparing to the restaurant on the other side of street, with similar concept. Price increase is almost 20% on bowls and for smaller items it is 100%. Bye bye Genghis Grill. Food tastes good, but its not that great to justify your prices.

A very localized Mongolian BBQ as far as ingredients and spices go. However, I think it does create its own unique style with good meat and vegetable selections. Three sizes of bowl to choose from but no unlimited option. The large size is very generous big already for most people. Can get busy during rush hours, so plan your visit accordingly.

I have been to this place a number of times....We are generally a big group of 15 people from work who often visit the place.. The food is good.. but yesterday i found a hair in my food n the steward on the table just said a sorry n walked off.. They did not even offer to change my bowl... Rather unfortunate event for a decent place like this..
