I got bad food poisoning eating here. I wont be back. I hardly eat here - is not all that good - usually a friend suggests it. I read the reviews this time before going, and decided to try something new - lots of folks talked about the "crispy" chile relleno. Ive ordered enchaladas before - which were a 2 or 3 star. This time I ordered the chili relleno - crispy, over the lunch hour. It was out in about 5-10 minutes (max) and we had a table of about 10 ordering. I did think that the food was probably made ahead of time to bring it out so quickly. Other friends ordered the same item too, that came out another 5+minutes after mine. They got sick that night. I got sick worse than them. I was up all night running to the bathroom. It was not fun. The food was OK (not great - what doesnt taste ok loaded with a ton of mozarella cheese and fried), but not at the expense of getting sick and having to take a day off of work the next day in fear of a bathroom episode.

Walked in, greeted and sat pretty quickly. Accommodated us with high chairs for our toddler and infant. Took a good five minutes to get drinks, and another ten minutes to get our order. I think our waiter was overwhelmed, so another waiter took over, and then I believe a manager helped us from there perhaps because our waiter was off. After that everything was fine. I ordered a cheese enchiladas plate.. Beans, rice. Husband enjoyed his food, toddler ate his rice and cheese quesadilla. But, I ended up getting sick later on in the night once we were home. Not sure what didnt agree with me. Everyone was nice that we interacted with. Just didnt like the wait times, and obviously getting sick wasnt fun either.

Im from southern California and my taste in Mexican food is very picky. This is the only Mexican restaurant in the state of Colorado thats NOT crap!! The salsa is authentic, though I could go a bit spicier! The beans are heavenly, and every dish is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Staff is awesome! Always greets you with a warm smile and the atmosphere reminds me of Mexico! I only eat Mexican food here, why would you want something else!?!? By far the most under rated Mexican joint in Colorado as well... If you havent eaten here and enjoy REAL mexican food... wellll youre missing out!!!!! Oh ya... perfectly full on 8 dollars including tax???? <3 i love it!!!

Heard this place was great due to reviews. Unfortunately, they were far far away from being true. The menu was a bit limited. So we ordered a Fajita chicken and a Chicken Pipian. Both looked like plates of dog food. All the chicken was dry. It was so bad it was basically microwaved or purchased from the frozen isle. Authentic (key word used in their menu) my butt. I asked the server if he would serve this in his home. He did not answer and agreed. Told the manager, got offered something else. If they can get chicken right, I definitely dont want shrimp or beef. No thanks to food poisoning. Decided to pay the tab and get the hell outta there.

First, the salsa was worthless, it was so watery it wouldnt stay on the chips, it dripped all over your clothes and the table. It was impossible to eat it. Maybe thats what they want so they wont have to give you more. The food is mediocre Mexican food if you can get what you order. They mixed my order up twice, the last time I just ate what I ordered and left the rest. They never did come back the last time to make sure the order was correct, very poor service. They subtracted $1.57 from my order of $25 because half of it was wrong, whoopee. We wont be back and I definitely do not recommend this place.

This is THE best place for Mexican food in Aurora and I think in Denver. It has the traditional mexican food that most people want but it also has the foods that you cant find unless you go to Mexico or South America. The seafood is exceptional and includes dishes from Brazil. Like the Filete Portuguese and Carmarones Portuguese. Two very good dishes. The atmosphere is fresh, clean and fun with colorful hand crafted chairs from mexico. Nice roomy benches and a colorful building inside. The outside is deceiving be far. You need to check this place out. Prices are $16 and under.

This place offers an outstanding dining experience. The food pricing is extremely reasonable for the awesome portions and variety. The staff is super friendly, nice, well-mannered, and just all around amazing. I have been going here with family for nearly two decades. The environment contains a family friendly atmosphere, flat screen tvs that are visible however, not disrupting; cool chairs, nice plants; and fantastic experiences among other things. P.S. vegan and vegetarian options(easy removal or addition/substitutions) among other dietary plans are apparent and awesome :D

If I could give these people no stars I would. We came in gave our name and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After 5 other parties came in and got seated before we did, I decided to ask how long, I was then asked my name and how many in my party put at the bottom of the list and told it would be a 20 minutes wait. Mind you this was almost an hour after we were originally told 15 minutes!! I had two babies with me who were upset by this point that we ended up having to leave grab fast food elsewhere and ruined our Sunday night.

We went last night for the first time in 5 years. The first time my husband and I went, the food made me sick and it was too bland. This time we went with our 2 kids. The waiter was kind and courteous. He was attentive as well. In the middle of dinner my husband started to feel sick and didnt finish his food. Our daughter didnt like it much either. The food was over priced and didnt taste that well. When we got home, my husband became very ill. He was ill enough that it was concerning. Needless to say we wont be going back.

This used to be our favorite Mexican place, but recently its been very hit-or-miss. Our favorite appetizer is the Cheese Crispy, but they are very inconsistent in quality from visit to visit. Sometimes the texture is rubbery instead of crispy because its been cooked too long or not enough. The carne asada has excellent flavor, but a word to the wise: make sure you order it medium. If its cooked any further, it becomes very hard to cut or chew.

My girl and I ate here last night and were amazed at how fast and friendly the service was. Food was good but a little bland. We got a lot for our money. My large plate was HUGE and I finished it. Wish I would of taken some home. The drinks were a little sweet for my taste and the food a little bland but not worth taking a star off. The service and amount of food made up for it. Will be back for more soon. Next time I will order a small plate.

Very nice and attentive servers and a very large menu. Appreciated the fact that the fish tacos were grilled and not fried, but found the food overall to be a bit heavy handed with the salt. That said, I wouldnt hesitate to come here if I was in the mood for a good Margarita. The selection was impressive and the Vallarta, with triple sec, fresh OJ and Grand Marnier was quite nice, but the rest of the selection looked equally tempting.
