I dislike giving negative reviews, but I have had about enough with the staff of this particular Einstein Bros Bagels. Lets list the positives: the bagels are very good, the schmear is yummy, the sandwiches are good, and the bagel selection is abundant. However, every single time I have attempted to order from this place, my order has been incredibly screwed up...and it is always the same girl behind the counter who manages to NOT EVER UNDERSTAND what I am ordering. I am speak clearly, in plain English, and wait until I know exactly what I want, and then order. But, somehow, the staff cannot ever get my order right. Its not rocket science, its a bagel joint. I have tried a number of times, but without fail, my order is never correct. For example, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and asked clearly for one of them to be no egg. Whats on the sandwich? Egg. I asked for two extra bagels with schmear on the side. "Were out of those bagels." No, problem, there are other yummy bagels available to me. To which, I get one of the bagels I asked for and no schmear on the side. and I am charged for three extra bagels. And, wheres the schmear you ask? On the breakfast sandwiches, which I did not order. I dont know what Im doing wrong with my order, but I mean really? Every time the order is wrong. Its ridiculous. I even stopped going for a while, just to see...but no, the orders were still a hot mess. As delicious as I find Einstein Bros Bagels, Ill have to take business elsewhere, until the staff are trained in manner that is commensurate with what I assume to be standard corporate operating procedures.

Food is good when they get it right but they often get it wrong or dont communicate what the problem is and give options to fix. So this morning we waited until we had eaten half our order then went to ask when the drink would be ready. We were told they had a problem with the whip cream, so were they hoping we would just leave? No one came to us to ask if we were OK without the whip cream or anything. The staff is unprofessional and not trained correctly. Some are OK but most are not. Will be driving to a further away location from now on or more likely going to a different company altogether. Really the problem is the hiring and training. Update: the last couple of times things have been much better. Upgraded to 3 star. Hope to upgrade more soon.

I almost didnt go to this location because of all the negative reviews, but I decided to try it out anyway. Im glad I did, because I didnt experience all of the problems that other people have reported. Its not a 5 Star restaurant, but thats not what youd expect from a bagel joint. The people working there were friendly and tried hard. My only disappointment was that they were out of plain bagels. I could see running out of some of the flavored bagels, but to run out of plain bagels seems odd to me. Thats be like McDonalds running out of hamburgers. Overall though, they did a good job taking and filling our order and I would not hesitate to return.

Ive been going to this place for years, and they have messed up nearly 80% of my orders. I have continued to go back because the food is decent, but I will no longer patronize this location. They messed up my order once again today, but it wasnt until I made it home that I noticed. I should know better and check my orders before I leave because this place consistently messes up. However, I shouldnt have to. I can deal with the occasional mistake, but 4 of every 5 visits is way too much. There are other options for breakfast and lunch sandwiches close by, and I will be buying from those places from now on.

The older lady making our bagels was completely rude. Were military and bring a lot of business to this store. The lady making our food complained out loud that "they never tip". Then when I tried to tip, the cashier said I couldnt with my card and was super cool about it. Because she had to be there at 6 am and make 8 total bagels she complained nonstop. Id figure out who she was and get rid of her.

well poor service, poor food, reviews from a year ago still apply. out of bagels at 9:00 two Saturdays in a row. couldnt make a strawberry smoothie, two weeks in a row. Larry, Curly and Moe running the place last week, Scooby Du and Shaggy today. Will never go near the place again.

The food here is just like any other Einstein Bagels. The order acuracy is really inconsistent. I always check my bag before leaving and a side item is often missing. Or I get to work to find my sandwich that shouldnt have tomatoes full of nasty tomatoes.

I moved here a year and a half ago from nyc. I have missed a great many things from ny. I had a Einstein bagel and I fell in love. There bagels made want to stay in Colorado. Now are there bagels better then the ones in nyc hell no but there close.

The service is good and the food is great. Many options for bagels and drinks. The wait was not long. Nice dining area. There is not a big space to stand if you have a to go order. Its good for breakfast, lunch or if your craving something sweet.

Service was quick and courteous, but they were completely out of coffee sleeves and the one kind of coffee we wanted was out and they hadnt started brewing another pot yet. Other Einsteins weve been to have been more on top of coffee brewing.

I used to love coming here for bagels and smear. My last visit however was less then stellar. I think they recently changed owners or went thru a merger because the decor has changed as well as the quality of food.

The employees were a little rude and abrupt. I wanted to look over the menu and make a decision, but they wanted to keep the line going. They were also sold out of all of the bagel flavors I went in for.

The took FOREVER and then they forgot my cream cheese that I ordered so I had to go back and they gave my girlfriends bagel basically no cream cheese on hers. It tasted decent but service wasnt great.

Staff is lacking some customer service skills, if the bagels werent amazing I wouldnt go here. Tend to run out of product often.
