Had the pleasure to have a picnic in Rutherford Hill Winery with food provided by Yountvilles local Deli. It was quite a surprise. Food was delicious and very well presentes. I recommend the Stags Leap (Roastbeef w/ chutney) and the Delis Garlic Spread. The Deli is definitely a great option for picking-up your picnics before touring the wineries.

Had an incredible pastrami sandwich here for $12 that was probably the best decision I made all day. I tried to get into French Laundry where I would have spent 10x that amount and would have still been hungry afterwards. If youre looking for a quick and casual lunch, I cant recommend this place enough.

Ive only been here once, so I dont know with any certainty what the normal wait time for a sandwich is, but it was pretty long when I was there. That said, the two sandwiches we got were very yummy. The staff was also very friendly. Id go again for a quick bite.

Delightful little deli. Large selection of foodie goods, perfect to assemble a picnic. Nice array of order able sandwiches, or some standard stock in the refrigerated case to grab and run if youre short on time.

Fantastic place for deli sandwiches and soups. Always pay a premium though for the area but this place has a locals program where you can get a puncher card for sandwhiches.

Ive never had a sandwich here I didnt like. I good spot to stop if you are passing though the area or staying near by and just want a good sandwich for a decent price.
