The drive-through windows sill is disgusting! They need to go outside with a rag and some cleaning liquid and clean it! I would guess that it has never been cleaned since the building was built. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! They always get it wrong and if you ask for extra sauce, the workers there act like the cost of the sauce is coming right out of their own pockets. It takes two workers and a supervisor to issue a refund and it is done with great hesitation and resistance. The driver through worker there will accuse you of ordering the wrong thing if they make an error with your order. The owner of this location should really invest in some employee training!

I work in the area - love Pollo Loco in general - but this locations drive thru experience is horrible. Three times I have gotten my order wrong. Asked for Taco Salad, no rice 3 times and cashier repeated it - I got rice. Other times, I ask for their red house salsa and cilantro - I got avocado salsa and the pepita cilantro dressing, etc. To actually get my order right - I need to walk in and get my own condiments apparently. Plus the chicken is really dry and overcooked and small portions on the two piece - the chicken are tiny! Maybe overcooked? I dont know - but I will stick with Pollo Loco in Carson thank you.

The food was great but the worst customer service ever. numerous times theyve forgotten to give me my drink in the drive through. One time I was waiting at the cash register waiting to get attended to. 5 minutes passed by and I left furious because no one served me. The wait is too long. Only reason this gets 2 stars is cause I like food.

I ordered chicken quesadillas and the chicken was all burned, i have gone to many el pollo loco restaurant and i have never had such a bad experience as this one. It sucks that it is the closest to my house but my fam and i will not come here anymore.

For not being very busy they sure are very slow. Customer service isnt the best. I asked for chicken on the side not on my salad. The cashier got it right but the food prep didnt. I also got a cap from the sour cream on my salad.

Ordered tostada salad , it had bones in it worth hard pieces of meat and just sloppy. Tried it again with extra beans and rice, got too much damn rice no beans and chicken tasted burned.. never going here again

Honestly the guy as a cashier try to be very nice but the serving portion is extremely bad. I asked for a burrito and they gave me a very small portion of food like a taco. Not recommended......

Friendly, but its 6pm Ive been in drive through 30 minutes. This is the slowest drive-thru in TOWN. I try to avoid this one. At least the food is good. They need helpers!
