I took my grandson to this Der Weinerschnitzel and had such a bad experience! We had coupons for several items, placed our order which included strawberry lemonade in the two kids meals, and when we got to the window I gave my credit card. The woman there charged too much and then said she couldnt give a charge back as the manager was not there. She handed me a dollar and some change and then, when I pointed out to her that she had still over charged me told me the manager would call me. She said I could call the number listed but then said she had to keep the receipt and couldnt give me another one. Ridiculous. By the time we left our ice cream was melted and we couldnt clean up the mess because theyd given no napkins. ugh!

The chili is like paste. They overcharge when you ask for a medium combo and they give you large anyway. Orders constantly have missing items. This location, being the original, it should be the best. We usually go out of our way to eat at the wienerschnitzel off of Crenshaw blvd and pch.

Been here several time... but no more I think. Lately they have been cheap with their chili on the chili fries! Seams like the only put ONE scoop of chili sauce. Mostly get plain fries! Not happy.
