PC thinking has killed Del Taco. This Del Taco always had pitiful service, never could get an order right, but I kept going for the food. Eventually, I stopped going for breakfast because they stopped serving biscuit sandwiches replacing them with rubbery tortillas. Then I stopped going for lunch when they dropped my favorite combos and added "turkey" with a bad aftertaste to their menus. I have now stopped going for dinner as they no longer serve macho tacos. I did notice during my final visit that the lobby was empty where there used to be several people at that hour. They must really hate their customers.

Food was good, but they ran my card, handed me my receipt and just said "here you go". Waited for 20+ minutes before walking back up to ask what was taking so long, to which they replied " you should have checked your receipt the card was declined"... You 1) couldnt have mentioned that when you ran it 2) didnt approach me while Im sitting in your shop to fill me in on that fact? The guy working the cash register was adamant that he had mentioned it, but I am sure he didnt. He then quickly followed up with "well, its on the receipt...". He said nothing. A "here you go" is not a "sir your card was declined".

Why and how are you working if you cant speak English? I know Im going to del taco but come on were in the U.S.A this is crazy. Im never going to come back to this place again. Dude couldnt even do simple math gave me back the wrong change and didnt even get the order right.

Did the drive-thru in the AM for some breakfast. Service was fast, worker was friendly and polite, food was great. Ordered and was out of there in less than 5 minutes.

Talk about bad vibes, these people need customer service training. The food is as good as any del taco but dont expect to feel welcome when u eat inside at this one.

Theres some issue with the manager Jose and they seem to have attitude overall. The food quality is also subpar compared to other nearby Del Tacos
