This was my second time visiting this location, the first time was a great experience. This time was different. The employee Jashawn was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. He seemed bothered when we walked in. Me and my family visited and we were planning on placing two separate orders. When we went to go order Jashawn kept asking how many pizzas in total. We told him the orders were separate, but he kept insisting we give him the total number of pizzas we all were ordering in a rude pushy manner. It almost reminded me of how sbarros is in the stone wood mall. Very pushy and rude. When we went to pay we asked for drinks. He handed us dirty cups. When we brought it to his attention, he seemed bothered. He must have been a shift manager because he was barking orders at employees. The employees seemed confused then Jashawn would back pedal and say "Im just kidding" His demeanor was unprofessional. I will be contacting the corporate offices to notify them of the bad experience we had. Also there was food and sauce on the seats and tables. Will not be returning.

From my understanding, you can choose whatever toppings you like and there is no up-charge. This reason alone earns the 5th star. The crust is tasty (something many pizza restaurants fail to do) and crispy. The vegetables are fresh and have good taste. The meat did not seem overwhelming with hormones and preservatives. Though that is subjective from my view, you can usually taste the difference if you pay attention to the food you eat. The restaurant was well lit, modern, and had plenty of room for both employees and customers. Self-serve soda station with no healthier alternatives, though thats also the norm. Over all, I would recommend this establishment for the quick serving and seemingly good attitude. My one recommendation for those without pizza experience: 5 or more toppings, ask for it to be well done. Otherwise, you will not get quite what you hope for, here and anywhere else.

I love Pieology but this was an unfortunate experience. Only two workers were there during lunch hour on Sunday so it took awhile to get thru the line. They were out of gluten-free crust. They made up for it by comping the pizza, which was an awesome gesture. A/C was way too cold. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and apologetic about the staffing situation and being out of the gluten-free crust.

The pizza taste great every time. You can add any toppings you want and as much as you want. It is always cooked to perfection. I have tried the other individual pizza places (pizza studio) and the crust was not as good. But this is a thin type of crust so if thats not what you like than this is not for you. Service is great and the place is always clean.

Tgis was a great way of getting both what my daughter wanted and what I can actually eat. Im diabetic so there are certain things i cant have, they have regular pizza dough to glutten free and my favorite Whole wheat. My daughter loved that she was able to see the girl put our pizza together and ask for extra veggies.

The pizza was amazing! Ive been to to a few Pieologys and this one matched up to those, so great job! Only thing was surprised me was that they only had two guys there in the middle of the day on Sat. Might be because its new, but those poor guys were working hard!

Mediocre. The service was great and the location was nice and clean, but the "Pizza" was just so sub-par I cannot see myself ever coming back. Im a pretty small guy too, and I ate the entire pizza and was still hungry!
