I have ordered in this place twice and everytime, without fail, the people are so rude!. It took them awhile to pick up the phone, and if they did pick up, they have difficulty getting your orders. The moment they could not understand your order, they hang up on you. I previously talked to the owner of the place who is by the way very nice. She did mention thats one of her issues. Hence the reason, I then decided to give the people a chance. Sad to say, much as I like the Fish and their Wings, I will not go through the aggravation of ordering from them again. Repeated POOR SERVICE!

Worst customer service in my life!! Can I put a negative rating?Waited almost two hours and 3 phone calls later only to be told by the owner himself I had no right to complain about service and they would Take as long as they wanted to. Twice told me it would be there in ten minutes then 3rd call said they never got my order. Spread the word to avoid this awful company
