I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and they know me very well. when I went to buy some chili cheese fries on Tuesday they said my card was declined so I paid cash. after a few minutes I checked my card account and they had charged my card so I confronted them about it and they denied that they charged my card and they didnt apologize or even give me a refund. they got me upset and I even showed them my recent transactions on my card and they said they dont know why it said that. dont come here if you want to get charged twice for one order. very rude to a very loyal customer. not coming back ever.

Up front....Im a big fan of Douglas Burgers. Never had a burger or any other item from there that i didnt like....But this morning (11:00 am) i got a burger to go and the meat tasted horrible! Everyone makes mistakes so im not ready to give up on you over one burger. But someone needs to check the quality or age or whatever of the meat before its used that day! That aside...this place has always been AWESOME!! 8)

Why use a burrito tortilla for your breakfast burritos? If you love tortillas get this, honestly bit my what is supposed to be a burrito and got huge glob of cheese, gross! There is no ingredients in it i open it and the egg inside is burnt. If i wanted a crappy breakfast burrito ID have made it MYSELF. Biggest disappointment and its not even 12pm yet!

One of the best pastrami sandwiches I ever had ! The service is on top and the place is clean. Friendly customer service worth the drive. Trust me Dont let the look if the place scare you away might be old but the food is super good!! Old fashion burgers and the milkshake are good.

The breakfast burritos here are scrumptious. Everything else is like you would expect normal "burger joint" food to be. Prices are on point with what they "should" be. Overall, a solid lunch spot and shinning breakfast burrito joint.
