been coming here for years. I just left feeling so disappointed. waitress had a poor attitude. I asked her what was taking our order so long. She said "we only have two cooks". The place was at only 35% capacity. even being the Labor Day Holiday. it should have been ready to handle the crowed. I asked for chips and I was told there was none. having a movie planed to take my family and waiting 40 min, with no food. We decided to just leave. i went to the cashier to pay for the drinks. The manager came out to admit to me that they gave my order to another table. but what was insult to injury. he told me "whenever you order a molcajete. you need to call it in because it takes 25 min". I have been coming for years and at any other restaurant. I have never been asked to call in a menu item ahead of time for dinne in. even then it was 15 min past and I was told it will be ready in another 10 min. Instead of admitting to the mistake and making it right. he tried to make it seem like it was my fault. His ticket times were 25 min behind. Even a call in to go order was waiting almost as long as we were there. We thought he worked there. till latter figuring it out. So disappointed, so sad management and staff are not up to par with years of great food

This is the place to go if you want authentic Mexican food. Fresh made chips and salsa, corn tortillas there are like home made. There pozole is awesome along with there tacos, burritos, anything and everything you order from here. They dont have a bar but they do have a dairy locker that you walk up to and grab your own beer, soda, tea or whatever want to drink. I live in HB and make the drive to have true Mexican food here.

Great food. Went to lunch. Carne asada burrito to go. It was quick. Ladies working there were beautiful and very nice. Cant wait to go back when I have more time. Burrito is delicious. My only problem is that its so good they should make it with whole beans instead of refried. Or at least have an option for whole beans. Ill be back regardless. Still deserves five stars.

This place has amazing, authentic Mexican food. My family has been coming here since I was a child and the food quality has not changed. The Carnitas plate is one of my faves. I always have enough left over to take home. Shrimp cocktails are actually full of shrimp. And the handmade tortillas make it even more delicious.
