I was recommended by my coworker. In front of restaurant, I was so excited because the picture of meals looks good. After my meals, I want to telll everyone that the service here sucks. I could feel the unfriendly from beginig to the end. The server impatiently took order from me. Later on, I waited for about 15 mintue to get water. There was no any service after I got every meals I ordered. I couldnt find a server to request a pair of chopstikcs and refilling water. After done with my meal, I told the server that I need check. She didnt say anything and just went away. After about 5 minutes, she came back and put the check on the table. She went away again. I couldnt get the receipt. It was the rush hours. Its about 8:30 pm. ONLY 3 tables were served. WIthout any service here, I would suggest that not going to this restaurant if you need serve and have joyful atmosphere in a restaurant.

This is the best food of this genre in Los Angeles County. It cant be beat. They have an amazing coconut curry, you choose either red or green, and then you select your meat: chicken, pork, beef, shrimp. Finally, you choose your spicy hotness level 1 (no heat) to 10 (spicy). It comes out inside a new coconut shell that has been scraped from the inside; the coconut water is used in the sauce. Its fresh, tasty, amazing. They also have a pineapple rice that is served in a half a pineapple with beautiful big chunks of shrimp, pineapple and other veggies. A culinary delight worth trying; not like other restaurants with this type of cuisine. A unique experience.

This place average is 3 stars, the reason it does is simply because sometimes you dont always get the most attentive service, a lot of times you had more of a Burmese taste, other times the Pad Thai is to die for. If the management is reading this, you may want to work on cleaning the interior a bit. However, theres a lot of competition for Thai food where I live in Downey, each of those restaurants are competing for customers, as a result all have gotten better in some way. Id say that this restaurant is in the same state that the restaurants were before they competed with each other.

The food use to be good, but unfortunately the quality and the taste have left the building. We have tried to give the place several chances, but every time we leave disappointed. The worst part was that the staff could care less if we enjoyed the food, even recommended to go to another place. Total disregard for the client.

Food had no taste. My wife and I had visited before and the food was great, but the last few times its like they forgot to season the food. Dont try to even talk to the staff, the so called owner was a male chauvinist, when my wife was talking to him he disregarded her and only talk to me. Very disrespectful.

Got sick off the food. Was throwing up within 2 hours. Like one other reviewer said, its rather dirty inside. Granted, I dont have a taste for most thai food, but I REALLY dont like this place.

One of our favorite stops in uptown; Its one of the few that are knowledgeable of preparing gluten free items. They are very friendly and accommodating!

The place is somewhat cheesy decor wise, they really need to work on better lighting, but the food is great
