PREFACE: Please notice that I referred to Galaxy Hamburgers as a diner instead of a hamburger joint. Although it may have been accurate when the restaurant was established, the "Hamburgers" portion of their name is now a misnomer and slightly misleading since they serve WAY more than just hamburgers. Also, I spent the better part of my childhood living down the street from Galaxy so it holds a special place in my heart. I can remember eating here with my family and friends dating back well over 20 years. Now on to the review which I will categorize for ease of reading since I have a tendency of being a little wordy.

Nice staff, but we were very disappointed to see there was only ONE vegetarian option and NO vegan options except for hashbrowns. My husband ordered a "vegetarian" breakfast burrito and he found a piece of ham in there. It would be smart for a burger joint to have a veggie burger or even some vegetarian side dishes. Nowadays its common for people to make environmentally or health conscious decisions when theyre eating and galaxy burger would be smart to cater to all burger eaters.

Let me get straight to the point. Came here for a quick lunch, walked in. Wasnt busy at all, I was first to order, a simple cheeseburger combo. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me a burned, crunchy, charbroiled burger. Was a waste of time and money. Ive been here 5 times atleast before and it was great. But I will no longer be coming here ever again.

I ordered a salad today. Another customer ordered one who was spanish speaking. The other customer received much better service. The other customer received more dressing, crackers, and a knife. I did not receive any of these.

I was referred here by another trucker. What a great place! The ladies treated me like long lost family. The prices are awesome and the food is freaking delicious!! One note: small parking lot, you can only go here bobtail.
