Actually surprising! My uncle and I stopped by here for a quick bite to eat, only to find out this place is really good! From the food to the service, this place is off the HOOK! I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich and french fries, my uncle ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. When the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised! The order of fries was fresh and it was plenty for two people to share. My chicken caprese was awwwweesomeee!!! Beyond delicious and fresh! White meat on ciabatta bread, tomatoes, and the dressing was to perfection! I looked over to my uncle only to see him enjoying his meal! He was visiting from out of town and started asking me if this is a franchise because he wants his family to try it out. I will most definitely be back! The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, they also serve beer and wine at this location. Great place!

The sirloin burger was good, but the loe rating.was becasue of the overweight male employee wearing a gray shirt that turn away from me just as it was my turn to order. After a while he turned towards me and said the other cashier would take my order. Of course the person that the other employee was helping someone and it took a long time. As I waited my turn I watched the first employee walk into the kitchen area doing.nothing.but.chatting, then walk around the store, still apparently doing.nothing. At this point the other cashier was free and began to take my order. Now the first employee came back to his cash registar and took the person who was behind me. Needless to say this lazy inconsiderate employee did not make for enjoyable visit.

This place is a joke. It is more like a Panera for burgers. They could have been different by having grass fed beef...instead they went with the cop out "all natural". Got news for you... everything is all natural ..you just happen to serve tge stuff thats not super natural. This isnt 5 years ago... people know that places which advertise "all ll natural " are basically saying "same crap meet as McDonalds ". Good luck. If you want to be different then prove it by Gavin organic and grass fed products...

Overall, the food and service here is excellent. Yes, the prices can be a bit higher than other burger places but in my mind you are paying for a bit more on the quality side. I do wish they had a better selection of healthy fare, however the Bistro Burger in a lettuce wrap is quite tasty and the cole slaw makes for a good side thats a smidge lower in calories. That said, their onions rings...are perfection. Right balance of crispy batter to onion.

Great burger place that is on par (or slightly above) In n Out. Its a classy burger joint where you have to go in and order. There is no drive thru, because they quality of their products takes time to make. 10/10 I recommend the California burger. At only ~$6, you get a huge burger with lots of avocado, cheese, onions, etc... Ive heard the owners of the habit made hook burger, so go check out it!

Food is great and place is always clean. only reason i give 4 stars is anytime you order something that is extra they forget it....every time. Ie; kids meal with milk always have to ask for milk. extra apple sauce got to to them to get the apple sauce. Maybe its just an order process thing but its pretty annoying.

The food is good and the atmosphere is nice but the cashier will ask you what kind of cheese you want but not tell you that its an extra charge. Last time I went they didnt even give me the right kind of cheese, I paid $0.70 for a slice of nasty American cheese-like product!

I had heard really good things but I ended up disappointed. The meat lacked flavor. I should have went to In N Out a few feet away. It was over priced too. I paid nearly double what I would have at The Habit or In N Out. Both of them have much more flavor.

This place is awsome. My favorite beer and the food is great too. What is funny is this place is right next to an In &Out burger. They are both always full of people eating. However you will never find me at an In & Out. Hook Burger all the way

Delicious food. Good price point. Excellent service, above and beyond. We forgot to order for one of the kids in our party; when they brought our food and we realized our mistake, they prepared hers immediately and insisted on not charging us!

95% always on point. Great burgers, surprised in and out stays busy, when Id rather have a hook burger any day. I like these burgers better than habit, thicker burgers, great toppings. Hickory burger is my favorite

Great burger if you have some time to wait. I have had all of there burgers, but my favorite is the Mushroom Burger, the mushrooms are cooked perfectly, its just an explosion of flavor in your mouth.

I had a letrus wrapped hook burger and a side of fries. The burger was legit and a bit messy like it should be. The frys were limp and under seasoned. Service was quick and attentive.
