This review is for the call ahead to go. I called in an order and was told the pick up time was 20 minutes away. I told the representative I was on my way to pick it up and if she could rush it I would appreciate it. I walked into the Westlake Village branch it was completely empty the cook was not doing anything and my order was not even received yet. Why didnt they send my order is soon as possible like I asked?

Better than in n out! Sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. Chocolate malt was spot on. Thought the burger patty was so so, but the toppings were fresh.
