The food is pretty good, the service dreadful. You’ll have to decide for yourself if flavor outweighs ineptitude. Our meal was comped; yep, completely free dinner and drinks for four people. How? We arrived on a Friday evening at 8:30 and a young lady promptly seated us. The restaurant was no more than 15 percent full (or, should I say, 85 percent empty?--I can never remember how that optimism thing works). We ordered drinks and appetizers from our very nice waitress, receiving these items reasonably quickly. The cheese sticks and onion rings were yummy; they could almost constitute a meal. Actually, for one of us, they did just that. Eventually, the waitress returned and we ordered three burgers, while the fourth member of our party opted for pasta. The waitress failed to warn us then that pasta can take up to half an hour; but, apparently, it can, and it did, as she explained upon delivery. So, we finally were able to enjoy our steaming pasta… and room-temperature burgers served on a soft bed of coagulated steak fries. One of our party, a blind person, bit into her veggie burger and found strips of bacon. She had ordered a BBQ burger with a veggie patty and pepper-jack cheese. According to the menu, bacon does not adorn the BBQ burger. Once we tracked our waitress down, she confirmed that the BBQ burger is not supposed to have bacon on it. She promised to make it right, and not charge for the burger, but I had to ask her; bacon on a veggie burger? Are you serious? Following 20 minutes of waiting for that replacement burger, we told our waitress, very clearly, that we expected the entire meal to be comped. She said she would send the manager. Ten minutes later, smiling and apologizing profusely, the manager appeared to proffer the errant burger. Guess what? ‘Twas a cold slice of cheddar, not pepper-jack, that sidled up to the veggie patty. That blunder sealed the deal: no charge for dinner; no questions asked. After another five minutes, the manager appeared again with smiles and apologies, but more importantly, the correct burger. By that time, of course, everyone else in our party had long-since finished eating. The offended person decided to take her burger home in a box and have the mud pie desert. We hunted for our waitress for about five minutes and ordered desert. When the mud pie showed up ten minutes later, we were standing in preparation for departure. By this time, the clock read 10:10 pm. ‘Nuff said.

This place has relocated from inside the Valencia Town Center Mall to its current new location. The ambience is okay, but I was NOT impressed with the food. I ordered a turkey burger that arrived looking boring and not very pleasing to the eye to want to eat. I requested the mgr to switch out to a southwest salad, and sweet potato fries on the side. The southwest saladd took forever, and my husb sweetly waited for my food to arrive before indulging in his salad. The Sweet potato fries had not been ordered by the mgr when I asked for a new choice, sigh, thankfully the server was a sweet young man (only PLUS if the restaurant) and he comped them. The coffee tastes terrible,so I returned it as well and drank my own bottked water instead. The SW Salad seemed palatable, but afterwards left my throat tingling which leads me to believe they must use ingredients in their fiod that are not 100% pure. We wont be returning to this restaurant again. There are too many other better choices in our Community.

Horrible service!!! On arrival was waiting at the host stand for 5 mins before someone approached us. When we got to the table we had Calvin as our server and he was GREAT! Then he told us the manager was sending him home so we had tiana as our next server. And she was the worst. She couldnt keep us with refills and had a horrible attitude. When asking for a refill the third time she said that we were cut off on a nonalcoholic drink and never got refills, and she was walking off when we were asking for them. This was horrible service I suggest no one go here. There are plenty good places to get a burger!!

Terrible service, took ridiculously long to get our food, disgusting bathrooms, sticky tables, tables that hadnt been cleared for hours, very long wait time, we did not get silverware or napkins until we asked for them(after our food arrived), the air conditioner was on full blast and caused a bunch of dust to fall from the ceiling onto our meal, sarcastic workers, every employee there seemed to be on drugs and the manager was terrible

Waited 45 minutes to get someone elses order then got the wrong order AGAIN. During the whole time the waitress never told us why it was taking so long or aplogized for the wait.The manager asked if we would still want our burgers but by that time we were starving and decided to just go to In n out. I have never had as bad of an experience as I did today. Thanks but no thanks.

Wait wasnt too bad but service was a little slow. Though not as bad as a previous visit! While switching wait staff the game system that they have at tables was interrupted which caused some issues with keeping my youngest son occupied while we waited. Apparently when your wait staff is logs out for the night and you get a new waiter you lose the games.

We had around a 45 minute wait for seating five people. The server was very nice, however our food seemed cold when we started to eat, like it was left out for a few minutes before giving it to us. We found several burnt "somethings" in our meals and a small seed in one of our drinks. The food was good but we decided we wouldnt be eating there again.

We love this Red Robin. We almost always get it to go and the order is always right. We have food allergies (gluten and dairy) and have not had any reactions. This is huge because I am very sensitive to gluten (I have dermatitis herpetaformis). We have 6 kids and surprisingly RR is one of the better priced restaurants for us to eat at.

Our large group waited an hour for a table. We were continually asked if it was OK to sit outside. We were not told until being seated that our table was in direct sun - this was at 1pm. We said that was not acceptable and asked if we could just split up into whatever tables were available inside. 30 minute wait. We all just left.

I dont know whats so different about this location? Keep it up whatever it is... I had a burger which Ive had several times from multiple locations but something was different about this one. Probably one of the best burgers Ive had from anywhere and I even ordered it for takeout so I could eat on the road.

The food is palatable IF you can get a server. My grandsons and I waited for over 10 minutes at our table, one waitress stopped by the table adjacent to us and just kept on going. We never saw her again. Their loss, we usually drop $60. for lunch, we will find a more customer friendly establishment.

What a great place to go when youre feeling some darn good comfort food. The burgers are juicy and just like the menu describes but what I love the most are their bottomless sides! The bartender, Mallory, makes excellent drinks and our server, Taaron is one of the best! Cant wait to come back!
