I have been coming here and enjoying their food since it opened a few years ago. This month they have a limited time special of a Chicken Salad with cranberries and walnuts. I am on Weight Watchers so I asked the cashier how many calories this salad had. He didnt know. He asked his manager, Hilda. She didnt know either but advised me to go home and look it up on my computer. I think it is her job as the manager to know the calorie count and pass this information on to her staff. Telling the customer to look it up is unacceptable. This is the second time I have been there and asked for the calorie count of this salad. This is also the second manager and second time the managers and staff didnt know the answer or care to find out. I did try to look it up on line but it wasnt listed. Needless to say I left without ordering. The managers at this restaurant are lazy. Hilda could have said i dont know but next time you come back my staff and I will have this information or even taken my phone number or e-mail to give me the information. Instead she just shrugged and walked away! Customer service! Please.

just picked up 4 sandwiches to go. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no cheese- got cheese on it. Ordered a chicken sandwich with avacado- paid extra - no avacado. Ordered a tri-tip with onions - no onions. 3 out of 4 orders wrong. repeated order twice, was read back to me! Too many choices within 100 yards to screw up that bad.

The food is great but the customer service sucks! We barely received our food and were about to sit down when my cousins baby accidentally dropped her burger on the floor. Employees seeing what happened at no time helped us clean the mess, which we picked up immediately, nor did they offer to replace her burger!!

I ordered online and sent my wife to picked it up. It was super easy and super fast. PROS: The staff are friendly. Best Hamburger!!!! At par with In-N-Out. (not very proud of that statement, In-N-Out should always be #1 in California) CONS: None yet.

Great place to eat. Their veggie burger with crumbled blue cheese is the best ever! Its s well run business with consistency, however, no place is perfect. Not a fast food place like In n Out, and its not a Chilis... Right in bwtween. check it out!

Great service, fresh and tasty food. Great customer service by the staff. The only thing that in my opinion they lack of is that; They dont offer the fresh lemonade as the Pasadena branch, space is a bit small. 4.5 stars.

5++++ Star rating for a fast food hamburger restaurant. Food taste so clean and fresh. Waiters refill your drink for you. Heaters out side, a/c inside. A must for any hamburger lover.
