Came here on New Years Day. It was actually kinda romantic in a weird way. After finding the ideal seating, the service kinda sucked but the manager made up for that. This location is near the two big shopping malls - South Coast Plaza and Crystal Court. Its perfect if you want a quick dinner before a movie or something to keep you full while you shop. I usually get the chicken caesar wrap but opted to try a new burger on their menu. It was overwhelming with bbq sauce and some other bourbon/whisky something or other. Just way too much for my taste. I should have gotten the bleu cheese. That tasted way better. I also love that this place has bottomless steak fries. I love a good fry with plenty of ranch dressing and their seasoning. I could eat those all day long.

Went with my brother a while back. Very long wait to be seated (about 35-40 minutes), then the server took about 10 minutes to get to us and place our order. After that took about another 20-25 minutes to receive our food. I found some kind of burned french fry or something in my burger (very black, charred, disgusting tasting object) and when we alerted the manager he was very condescending and asked us what we wanted him to do about it. I immediately asked for it to be taken off our bill and left the place. Horrible service, gross object in my burger, and very rude staff.

It started off terrible. The hostess forgot we were there, the waiter couldnt care less for anyone, and my order came out wrong twice. I finally asked for the manager. He was AMAZING! He asked what had gone wrong, what could fix it, and even a few extra questions to make sure i would be happy with the finished meal. He even checked back later to make sure it was fixed right. He asked what could make it better and i know most people demand free food. I dont, i just wanted the meal i ordered. Thank you, Eric, for making a really bad day so much better!!

They never brought out my wifes order. Had to ask them for it 5 minutes after getting mine. They didnt even remember what she had ordered and had to go and make it like a new order. By the time she got it, my food was cold. Ketchup bottle was empty, and we were there at 11am opening. Asked for two checks at the beginning and was brought one. There was hardly anyone there that early and still managed to screw it up. Ill find another place where the customer is more important to them.

For those times you want a burger or endless fries but you cant really think of a good place to go. Dont expect mind-blowing, it really is and okay burger and fries. Service: service is good, exactly what you would expect from an established restaurant. You get your drink and endless fries refills right on the schedule. Location: lots of parking never really seen it get too busy. It is in a very large plaza so if anything you will just have to walk a little more.

Recently came here with about 15 people, without a reservation, and were seating quickly. The waitress automatically assumed we were on a time crunch since we mentioned coming from a meeting. From that point on she was amazing. She made sure to take our order quickly and brought us separate checks without even asking. The food is always good. I recommend the double tavern burger with an egg on top.

Ive had bigger and better burgers at many fast food places. I could have paid 2/3 less for my Burger and still would feel overcharged. It took 10 minutes to refill my "bottomless" steak fries that came in tiny portions. Then I had to pay thru the greasy screen tablet that sits on the table. Its been over 20 years since visiting a Red Robin. I highly doubt that I will ever return.

Typically Red Robin restaurant. The place was a little noisier than others we have been to. Food was good, as usual. Only thing that was strange is that one of our friends ordered a glass of wine. The waiter didnt ask anything about size of the pour, etc. When the wine came, it seemed like a substantial pour. This became clear once the bill came. $12.00 for a glass of wine.

Worst experience ever!!!! Will never go back! Wouldve given 0 STARS BUT NOT ALLOWED place was empty and now I know the reason why! Couldnt get a seat for my family when the place was empty! They sat people that came in after my family and gave us a lame excuse!! Do not go there will never recommend that spot!!! Good thing Buffalo Wild Wings is right around the corner!!

I usually love Red Robin. Last night was terrible. The server had to many tables to take care of. Everything took to long. She brought out our drinks after a ten minute wait. She put them on a counter and took another tables order then gave us our drinks. I felt bad for the server. I will think twice about going back.

Loved this Red Robin! Even though it was super busy, the waiters and waitresses were super attentive to all our needs. The food came out super prompt and was delicious. The atmosphere was super laid back the diners were of various backgrounds, but it was probably one of the best Red Robins Ive been to.

I liked the old Red Robins, but the new set-up and menu still has plenty of the old favorites that I loved. Prices are still affordable and plenty of seating...even on a busy weekend night. Just be aware that the parking lot is usually busy, so you might have to park a little far away.

Red Robin did a remodel not to long ago. They removed moat all of the memorabilia and made the restaurant a bit more "modern" but I have to admit I miss the old theme as do my 6 year old twins. None the less the food and service are always great, so no complaints.

Ive been to 4 Red Robins in 2 different states, none of them provided a decent level of customer service, including this location. On the bright side, at least the food here was hot. Ive been served warm or cold food in the past.

This is a family place...good for everyone. Kids get what they like, and adults can have a drink if they want. Join the Red Robin Royalty program for points and discounts. This is a busy location, and parking can get tight.

Great spot! I actually left my wallet here and the wait staff was nice enough to put it aside and hold it for me until I could make it back to pick it up! This location has an upscale bar area. Very nice!

The Simply Grilled Chicken Salad was amazing! We were there around 1pm on a Saturday and the wait was only 5 minutes. The service was excellent and super fast! I will definitely visit this location again.

Not so happy of an hour... a 24hr happy hour menu that is already adjusted to happy hour prices. Mind games and overpriced burgers with not so fancy ingredients and bun. Could be better priced.

The bartender with the mustache is an awesome employee and great multitasker when its busy. I love the burgers, and unlimited fries. The French Onion soup is just ok, not very strong broth.

Love the food, hate the Ziosk tablet. It takes away from the personal service experience and hardly ever works properly. It takes up precious table space, especially at the bar high tops.
