I use to like it...but I was a greatly dissapoited in a friendly request. I just had a surgical proceedure that made me fast for 2 days, & when I was released I craved their nice fluffy pancakes. I know it was after breakfast, & there was NO time limit on breakfast seving hrs written on the overhead menu but the cashier, heavy set Latin girl with a tongue pierson refused to take the order..my husband explained my craving after surgery and sadly she flat out said NO! They do gave good food though...

The food is great but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They probably cater to locals so good luck if youve never been there before and your cashier is the brunette in glasses with the Princess Leia-style pigtails. Apparently its the customers job to know what shes thinking.

Extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my service dog talking Spanish and cussing me out thinking I dont know Spanish told me to take my dog and leave. I was in the military for 81/2 years and this is the harassment I get last time Ill ever come here

Been going to P&gs my whole life & now that Ive recently moved to Kansas I miss it so much and I cant wait to eat the Chili cheese fries when I go back to visit in January. Nicest people there amazing horchata!!! Cant find anything like this in Kansas.

I ordered a veggie omelette thinking it was gonna have bell peppers, onions, tomatos, mushrooms, spinach or something of that sort.. I get home to enjoy my food and notice there is broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower Really !!!???

The owner is rude, he dont want to give us jalapeños even if we pay, so cheap they dont have banana papers, everything you order extra you will get change, it just to be a good place now is going down fast
