The food is good. But every time I walk in I get a waft of cigarette smoke in my face. I told the hostess about it and his attitude about the smoking was pathetic. I quote, "There not supposed to smoke there but Im not going to tell them anything." I asked to talked to the manager about it and when he came to my table he smelled like an ash tray himself. No wonder there is no control of where people smoke. He most likely smokes by the door himself. I have not and will not return here. I have a 5 month old baby I dont want to take in through the front doors. Unless they open up a secret entrance for people with children I will not be back. Totally disappointing.

Hello everyone if youre reading this then you want to eat at TGI Fridays..... I suggest you go arcoss the street to buffalo wild wings......first error was my dirty ass silverware which was nicely wrapped in a napkin..... Second error was my entrée was supposed to come with a full rack of ribs but they thought a half rack would be better... Nah! Last mistake was my rib eye was supposed to come with mushrooms but didnt.... Sigh. When all these issues were addressed the server was all giggles & happy didnt seem like she really gave two shits.....on a lighter note I got the rest of my full rack on the house. Sadly I wont be back.

The T.G.I. Fridays here at the Eastland Shopping Center is by far one of the best this Restaurant Chain has to offer. Food is always coming out Hot and Amazing. The Beer is always cold. But what sets this TGIF apart from the rest is the Wait Staff. They are by far leagues beyond all expectations. If you really want the best this venue has to offer? Then I would suggest to ask to be seated in Logans section as he is amazing. Some of my favorites. HORRIBLE. I came here tonight and the place was busier than usual. I went up to the girl standing by the post up front to put in my name for a table and she completely ignored me. She was in the front talking to another employee who had her back turned towards me ignoring me as well. Very unprofessional. I tried getting their attention but they continued their conversation and kept on ignoring me. I understand its busy but COME ON. My boyfriend and I left, well take our business elsewhere. I would avoid this place when its busy, not worth the hassle.

Bad service last night had to ask our waiter twice for everything we needed last night it was my husbands birthday we dont go out to dinner to go ask for cake we go out to dinner to be served and last night we did not get served our waiter didnt even get our son his booster seat so he can sit comfortably to eat his food we asked 3 times on that one. All the girl needed to do was ask for help. other than that she was great food was great. All I wanted was my husband served and he was not happy. Come on Fridays.

Came to Fridays tograb a bite. The host told us that it was all day happy hour everywhere in the restaurant. (see photo) We decided to grab a booth and check out the menu. We had the Rib Eye and Rib combo with mashed and spinach. (Sorry no photo, lol forgot was too hungry hahah) Any food came hot except the Mashed but really good flavor. Would be 5 stars exc8the washroom was a mess and the staff gave my wife a molded menu (Host was really apologetic. Other than that it was good.

Nice environment, if you want to suck up booze, beers and yell at the screen TV on the various games that show up. That is good thing, the various sports. Not much variety on the food fare. Very little vegan options other than a black bean burgers. However, they will work with you 8n changing your order. Also, it depends on the server. It varies on some will gladly change it while other will have to confer with the manager.

Did not like it...where we were seated there was a lot of traffic especially the register being behind us, our food were brought at different times and it was my husband birthday and he got his plate last, the clam chowder was watered down and had no taste...the waiters were very kind but we went for the food not the waiters, very disappointed...

Dont forget your stuff here, theyll steal it. I was told by Manager "Miguel", that his employees always take things home. Including himself, and the worst part is that the General Manager "Jesus De La Torre" knows, and does nothing. SMH, I have already contacted Covina Law Enforcement, as well as their guest relations.

Waitress was not very good took a long tome to order food and drinks she was not attentive. I asked mor my steak to be cooked medium but when I got it it was well done yuck. I do like the Ziosk check out cause I didnt have to wait forever to bring my check I paid and was on my way. My kids said their food was ok.

Im disappointed in this location. First the commercial advertises 1 thing, but when you arrive they have made their own menu and price(which is more). Didnt seem right to me. The officers for this establishment have gone up tremendously. Not sure if its just this location or all.

Steak and ribs good deal but i got turned off by dirty floor under table, was greetrd by a big waiter snapping his gum (annoying) then the menu they handed me smelled funny...it was moldy on the back page. .gross...makes you wonder how clean back of house is.

My wife and I always sit at the bar and get treated very well. This one is busy all the time. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because sometimes when I get a steak its not cooked correctly. Other then that I love the bartenders here.

Not sure what happened today. Host (guy) was a smart a**, endless apps went up $2, took far too long for our appetizers to arrrive and when they did, they were cold. Maybe they were short handed. I was disappointed today.

Staff was very friendly and somewhat attentive but its frustrating to have to ask for everything that should already be taken care of like silverware and napkins. Good food but a little frustrating experience.

Service can be slow and might have to track down servers for a refill. Id recommend coming for happy hour. The first round of the unlimited apps was cold, but got better each time we reordered.

Understaffed for a Dodgers playoff game. Unable to show anything besides baseball and bar staff slow to make drinks or switch out kegs. Lots of training needed for this crew to do a decent job.
