I walked in at around 9:15pm today and was initially told that I can o my order at the bar. My friend s daughter just graduated and the family invited me for dinner but I could not het there earlier than 9pm as I was coming from a meeting in Irvine. So my friend spoke to the manager and requested that I be served dinner. Then the waitress came and as I was placing an order I was asked if I was ordering food to go. It seems as if they did not want me to dine in. So I said to just cancel and that I was not going to have dinner any longer. Eventually the waitress approached me and apologized because she dis not realize I have not eaten. SonI just Said it is ok. I did not feel welcomed from the beginning and their approach was not pleasant. But I told her it was fine. I know the waitress was very apologetic but from the beginning the person who we first talked to would not even allow us to prefer unless it was done at the bar only.

This place sucks. It started off ok, until our waitress got my drink wrong. I let her know and she brought me out the correct wine. Ok, no big deal. Then, someone else brought our appetizer and asked if we wanted anything else. We said yes, cheese. It never came. Eventually after a LONG while, our food came. We didnt see our waitress again and instead The appetizer guy seemed to be looking after us. Asked for more breadsticks. Nope. Asked for a slice of pie. It was frozen. Tried to send it back and asked for The check. The guy disappeared again. We finally flagged down another guy, Dustin, and he was great. Got the pie promptly removed and brought our waitress out. I guess she went on her lunch break (which she never mentioned). We paid and left. I mean, its Olive Garden. I dont really expect much... but this was a joke.

Hands down my favorite restaurant and Brea is my favorite location. We always get great service at this location. Food is always the same consistent recipe and always comes out fast. I love the servers at this location. They are always so pleasant and friendly. This location also recently got a makeover a few months ago and the new vibe is really nice. I also love that they have booths in the bar section now and they offer full menu and service so you can sit there for dinner if the line is long. This location is pretty busy on the weekends but never overly so and the lines are much shorter than other restaurants in the brea mall lot.

Worst Oliive Garden ever!! Waited almost one hour for food after we ordered and it was raw! Service Sucked! She was totally rude! We were asked by management to come back and have a meal on the house so they can redeem themselves! Not a chance! We have since tried to go back and could not even grasp the concept of table and chairs! They tried to stick us in a booth when I asked for a table and chairs! Then tried to put us in the bar with our 6 year old! Ridiculous!! Never going back! Way to go Olive Garden! Gave one star only otherwise I could not post this!

Food was great!!!! Customer service sucked!!!!!! Redheaded server was so rude. Jennifer. Bad attitude and just looked like she was in a bad mood from the start. If you get her, ask for a different server. 7/13/15 @8pm. If that helps. I will probably not be going back and will not recommend this establishment to anybody. Also we received no mints, and when i asked her why she said they had ran out....i asked another server when she walked away and he said yeah Ill go get you some. She came out of nowhere and said "No, no we are out remember??" So wtf!!!!!

Im beginning to become more and more bitter every time I have to eat here. The menu selection is awful and everything is overpriced. You can get better food for a better price at Old Spaghetti Factory, or any other restaurant for that matter. The breadsticks are frozen and have a perferated line on each edge. Not fresh whatsoever. Salad is boring and cheap iceberg lettuce. Nothing good to say. Oh yes, I forgot the old folks home dolly chairs and dirty, falling apart menus! Ugh. Never going back to Olive garden no matter what location!

Utterly disappointed.. have always thought of Olive Garden as a solid main stream restaurant, but its become painfully obvious that something is dreadfully wrong here. Dirty, musty, stinky, unkept and bland low quality food demonstrate that something internal is severely broken. I dine out with my family 3/4days of the week and observe all aspects of restaurants from service, cleanliness, food quality, atmosphere etc. Olive Garden is in need of a complete overhaul, until then we will not be back.

I love the unlimited soup and salad. The first waitress was stressed and couldnt really focus on taking our order. Fortunately she passed us on to another waiter who was very very polite but for after lunch no rush hour, we only got severed one refill. They maybe told to avoid refilling especially on unlimited orders. Dessert is very good not delicious but barely worth the price. Plenty of parking shared with mall, visible from street. Nice ambiance. Clean restrooms.

This is the second time i have gone to this location and the smell inside is really bad. Maybe close the grease trap and try cleaning the floor properly. Very disgusting. I am here with out of state family and my aunt from the next town over. If I were not with others i would have turned around and left before getting to the host counter.

Olive Garden is always a great time... The food is fair priced. The only thing is that I can eat at dozens of other, better, Italian places and only eat at Olive Garden when I want the McDonalds of Italian food or I have a gift card. Breadsticks here arent as good as the one I used to go to in OR before I moved down.

Fri night and its Lent. Red Lobster was packed so was his place. We decided to eat at the bar. Couldnt it have better service. They gave us extra soup to eat at home. The shrimp primavera was great! Olive garden is definitely not low quality or budget. We had a great meal great service.

Great food, great service, good prices. Been to about 7 different Olive Gardens and theyve all just about maintained the same quality of excellence throughout all of them. Definetlly recommend coming here for a good old fashioned dine in dinner with family or by yourself.

I came here for some pasta, but they turned out cold and soso tasting. Have always thought of olive garden as the go to place for pasta, i have mistaken. Service is not bad and the waitress was eager to please, but the food has dropped in quality.

Great service. All pasta was horribly overcooked. The lasagna was practically dissolving, the angel hair was very mushy. The ingredients like asparagus and sausage and shrimp had great flavor. Its just that everything was cooked to death.

What can I say, its Olive Garden. Ive been here a handful of times and dont have any complaints about this locations after yet; and thats about it. Its just your average Olive Garden, which isnt a bad thing!
