Ive had a good experiance at panda.the one in santa ana on bristol is great, but I just had to write about this one on orangethorpe to begin they opened five minutes late the frront door was blocked by guys tinting the window so I walked all around the store to find. An entrance ...a sign would be nice.the tables had ladders and tools all over so I sat way in the corner. There was only about six items to choose from.I picked the fried rice and orange chicken.my rice was soooo hard I had to return it,Ive never done that before.so I asked for steamed rice.and it was so bland.the lady was so rude about it and didnt believe me.she evn said you can keeep the fried rice ...I said for what I cant eat it.over all I will never go back.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. The cashier brought it out containing orange chicken & chow mein, I still needed my broccoli beef and was told to wait a couple more minutes. Instead I went up and asked for a refund because I found my chow mein burned in places and my orange chicken tasted like dried up chicken nuggets. Where was the manager? Hiding in the back peeking every so often. DO NOT COME HERE. You are going to be extremely disappointed.

This location is on the East side of Harbor right next to Togos in front of Best Buy. Good food, got fresh orange chicken, and was allowed to sample about 4 or 5 items. Panda Express can be hit and miss. I am glad to say that my last visit was a definite hit. Plus, if you change your mind, you have Togos right next door.

This is a fairly typical Panda Express. Nothing particularly special or out of the ordinary. The food tasted like it has been sitting for a little bit, but not too long. Service was fine, though Id rather not get asked to donate a dollar to charity every time I pay for my meal.

I dont know why I keep coming here. Panda Express you to have some decent food. Now it all tastes the same. The portions keep getting smaller. I know its not authentic but for what it was it wasnt too bad. A package of cheap top ramen would have been better for what I got.

Since there are new employees and possibly new management, this place is a lot better than before. I didnt like this place due to the staff being rude and slow. I stopped by two weeks ago and my experience was great. Will be returning in the near future.

WORST WORST customer service. The few times I have been to this place they mess up a simple order, and the staff is rude. Tonight they forgot the sauce for the rolls when I specifically asked the cashier for it. NEVER going here again.

Ive always loved panda express and never go wrong with their food- consistency is the key. However Server was rude, not even a smile. She seem to not want to work there so gave it a 4 rating.

Great taste, clean dinning, friendly service. Even in long line, i can get my food within 10 mins. My favourite are Chow Mein, Five Flavours Shrimp and Vegi Spring rolls.
