I just moved back to the area and decided to stop in for lunch. How unfortunate I did not order because of how rude the waiter was towards me. The young man with curly hair should not try and educate me on what I am (a pescatarian), rather, focus on his customer service skills or lack there of. I can say the root beer was good. Ive eaten at restaurants all across this great county with minimal problems but this surely took the cake. At least the 2 other people I was with were able to order. I have a very large following base on social media and will share my experience for all my locals so that they may not have to experience this and ruin their lunch. Cheers I hope this can be fixed...

Coming in from out of town to visit the family! This was great! Five stars alone for brewing an incredibly delicious maibock! (Rarely, are breweries brewing a bock these days). There was a small wait for dinner but definitely worth it. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Definitely not large portions, but very filling! The margaritas were yummy as well. Definitely recommend the jalapeño margarita. Bring from San Diego, I know my craft beers and burgers, definitely give this place your time!

This place...Is amazing. Their great beer aside, the food is amazing. Ive only been there twice so far, but those times made me want more. The steak tastes so fresh youd think they raise the cows behind the restaurant. Their chicken is juicy and all white meat, falls apart in your mouth. Also they have a wide range of amazing appetizers (almost too many to make a decision). I recommend anyone who hasnt been here needs to try it out.

Friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and delicious brews in this downtown Visalia venue. Enjoyed a sampling of several beers, and found their DIPA to be most enjoyable. Excellent place to stop for lunch or dinner if you are heading to or from Sequoia. Parking in the area is limited so be prepared for a short stroll along the adjacent shops. Very tasty fish and chips - the garlic fries were really good.

My nephew and I visit a different place to eat every time we are out and about for out visits! We had lunch at the Sequoia Brewing in Visalia, CA recently and were very-very happy! The burger, (medium for me) and the sweet potato fries was OUTSTANDING!!! Nephew had the battered fish and chips, raved and loved it! The service was prompt and all were most kind and polite! We will return soon!!!

I discovered Sequoia brewing company on accident while waiting for a table from another "brewery," now this is my go to spot. Ive taken friends and family here on many occasions since then, all with very pleased feedback. If you want a delicious burger, friendly staff, delicious drink this is the place to try...oh and try the fried pickles.

Been here several times and every time has been superb. The beers are excellent and the food is always top notch. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The burgers might be half a pound, but its so good I dont even realize Ive eaten that big of a burger! Employees are friendly and helpful as well. I recommend this place to everyone!

Good place, usually a wait, great beer selection, food consistently good however portions can be a bit lean. I ordered a prime rib & you would have thought I got a burger it was so small & very thin about an 1/4 of an inch thick if that. For $25. I feel slighted. Beers are great but they need to not be so cheap with some portions.

Came in after lunch. Not much going on. Chris served us and made us feel welcome. Food was great. Chris is definitely a hospitality professional. His knowledge of the menu was superb. His description of just about everything made me want some of everything. If you are in the area, stop by for great food and great service!

Nicer upscale downtown craft brew restaurant. decent menu, nothing earth shaking, but good. Im not a huge fan of their beers, but the place is very nice. Parking is tough downtown, and the place is usually loud and crowded like every decent place in Visalia.

The food was amazing! My husband had chicken fried steak and said it was the best he ever had. The restaurant was a little small for how popular it was and finding a parking spot nearby was a miracle. But it was totally worth it! A great family restaurant!

I didnt care about the beer too much, had a light beer, that was good, but we were there for dinner. 4 different dishes from vegetarian to burgers: all GREAT. Five stars! Its a little bit loud, but ok. Waitress friendly, great place for a casual dinner!!

What you would expect from a brew pub with food that is kicked up a notch. Always a wide selection of their own beers ( jackass IPA and stouts are my faves). Not a huge amount of seating so plan on waiting at peak hours esp. on the weekends.

Of course the beer is good here. The food and the service is a little lousy. I got the Cuban torta which was pretty dry. The waitress had 0 care about our table, wouldnt recommend this place for food...just drinks.

They pizza offering are great and you can get it with your share with local craft beers. It is very casual and you will meet some peculiar patrons, but on and all, nice to drive buy and grab a bite.

We were visiting nearby for Sequoia Park, and luckily found this place. We had to come back more than once. Great food, great beer and our server, Derek, was excellent both nights. Cant go wrong.

I loved it. Small and personal environment! The food was amazing and they also had a few vegetarian options for me as well. Bartender was attentive and held a conversation . Ill be back.

A great place for a good gourmet burger and fries. A little pricey, but the quality of the food is better than most places in town. Ambiance is nice and good service. Overall a keeper.

20 minutes for order to be taken. Had plastic wrapper and ceramic plate chips in the food. Server was sweet and had the manager come by to remove the food off our bill.

Im a newbie at brew houses of this sort. I am hooked. Dont drink a thing untill the potato appetizers arrive. Perfectly paired. More after I visit again.

Best lunch I had while in California (fish tacos and soup de jour). Size and amenities of the town were a pleasant surprise. Oh yes, the beer was good.

This is a must visit for everyone. The in house beers are very good and all food sections are served on huge plate portions. Try it and youll be back.

Well its a bar and a place to eat. Not too bad. Lots on tap. Parking in the front or back. Its a great place to hang. Service was less than good.
