This is the worst Indian food I ever had. Its a combination of really bad food, gross and creepy environment, and bad service. The worst restaurant Ive ever been in LA. It deserves 5 negative stars. Ive eaten there for lunch at their "buffet", I was with friends and couldnt walk out unfortunately. First the place is DIS-GUS-TING, seriously guys change this gross carpet. - It all start with the plates still having the cleaning water with food particles on them, you need to wash your plate first. Then the food is really really bad, bland, no taste at all. - the onion fritters must have been from the day before. - the chicken tikka masala was the worst !! just a bunch of dry pieces of chicken swimming in bland watery sauce with TONS of fluorescent orange color ! Seriously Ive never seen such bright color, totally artificial. Guys, cut down on the artificial colorant and use spices, salt and learn how to make a creamy sauce. - the tandoori Chicken was dry with no taste. - the rice had no taste, not even salty enough. - the veggies where edible but very far to be good. - even their Mango lasy is below average, its super sugary and taste artificial like a mix of corn syrup and artificial mango flavoring. The dessert was just rice pudding. There was just one remaining so my friends didnt had the chance to even try... The service is non existent (for the buffet), it will save you the tip though. If the food is the same for dinner, its a total rip-off especially with their prices !! Way WAY overpriced, even if the food was good, the restaurant is so gross that it would still be a bad idea to eat there. With so many good restaurant around (check Lucys, greek restaurant) I cant understand this place is still open. If you want a delicious Indian restaurant go to Bollywood on Ventura Blvd, they are less expensive, their food is delicious and they have lunch special.

This is my second time here and the quality was the same as the first time...very poor! The staff doesnt care about their customers, they give absolutely no attention to the needs. My boyfriend and I waited both times for them to give us just a refill of water for over 20 minutes. The food is watered down...like theyre trying to save money or something, and the station for its "cold" foods isnt cold, and the rice is bland....like the rest of the food. They serve their chicken curries/masalas with chicken that isnt even fully defeathered. And to add to it, their rice pudding was at room temperature. This will definitely be our last time coming here.

Although it was super late in the night, the service was amazing, thoughtful, and polite. Faruk(If I misspelled this, please let me know), I believe was incredibly nice, and helped myself and a friend when picking things that were vegan-friendly. I will very much hope to come back here soon, and I cant wait to finish what we took home.

Finally, an Indian restaurant that makes good Indian food! Spicy and rich madras. How hard can it be to get a decent curry in LA? Apparently its very difficult but King of India gets it right! We ordered via Grubhub and the food arrived quickly and with a very polite delivery guy. Keep up the good work and well keep ordering!

We absolutely love this place, and come here on special occasions! They have a great vegetarian menu and they accommodate spice level to your preference. Our favorites are the saag paneer, chana masala and tofu moilee. Staff is also wonderful and Santos is always so gracious and welcoming!

Are you all going to the same place as me? I love this place! I love the staff who are very nice and welcoming. I love the food and beer and tea. I dont normally get the buffet because I like to pick my specific dishes, but this place is well worth the money if you like good Indian food.

Im an East Indian, and I know how Indian food should be and what hospitality means in India. I went here with my office colleagues and it was a disaster. Worst food choices, dirty place and rarely any variety in buffet. Please never ever try this restaurant. Best.

Good atmosphere but terrible food and the service. The only vegetable they had was cauliflower. The food was too oily. Overall food not worth it for what you are paying. I recommend Kwality or Anarbagh. From a perspective of a vegetarian!!!

Very limited options in buffet and they are even tasteless. Im vegetarian and this is all for vegetarians. Non vegetarians also its an average option since my friend is a non-vegetarian and he didnt like few options.

Have eaten there twice, those times at night . First time was good. Second was mediocre. Portions are smal, food was room temperature and prices are too high.

The buffet food is reasonable. The food at dinner was very ordinary and expensive for the size and quality of the portions.
