I am a lifelong RT customer. Chronically undercooked pizza crust delivered from this location unless I request extra crispy (temp too low or not cooked long enough--chewy and somewhat doughey). They often forget the sauce for the chicken, twists, or both. I hate it when my hubby orders from here (and then theres the cost for what Im getting). I dont want them to fail, I want them to improve and stick around.

We were so disappointed tonight. Our order was completely messed up. The pizza doesnt even look like what we ordered. They forgot the garlic twist and the pizza was all meat and looks like all cheese. Never again.. we tried to support the new business and its just an epic fail.
