I called my order in and they told me it would be ready in 40 minutes. I get over there to pick it up and its not ready. It has almost been an hour since I placed the order. Why would you take my money and not let me know that my order is not ready? I asked for the manager and I explained to her that my order shouldve been ready for me to be picked up and she just walked away. So I told the cashier that I want a refund because this is ridiculous that I am still waiting for my order. The cashier calls the manager again and I can see that the manager is already having an attitude as shes approaching the register. She gives me my money and yells out "THANK YOU" to me very rudely as Im walking away. So I yelled back to her " F**K YOU"! She continues to keep yelling "thank you" and I can hear her as Im approaching my car. In general as a manager, I expect you to be more respectful and learn her to control yourself. The customer service sucks there and I would never return. Honestly, I dont think you deserve a star at all!

Safe is awful rude and disrespectful. Managers needs more power they seem like a pack of lost wolfs honestly they need to build a new store in Vallejo cause the current one is trash not enough sauce on the pizza. It was not fully cooked. Always on an hour wait. When you think about pizza 5 dollars hot and ready that is NOT THIS STORE FIND ANOTHER ONE. This store dont deserve 1 star.

The young lady (I am using this word very loosely) who was my cashier had the worst attitude ever. I dont care if you are working at little caesars in Vallejo making minimum wage or working in the Silicon Valley earning top dollar. Customer service should always be number one. Is the whole city of Vallejo just miserable or what? This particular place lost my business!

Ordered over the phone. They said it would be ready in 30 min. But it took them 50 min to have my ordered ready. Had to stand there 20 min. They should offer sits for people who wait. Horrible service and If you can afford dominos or any better pizza. Go there and avoid the bad experience.

Out of all the horrible reviews this place has, there is only a single 1 star review. The 2 stars should be downgraded to 0 like what this place deserves. Manager - get new staff. They suck and dgaf. Open your store on time. 10:30 means open at 10:30. Not 10:45.

Ordered my pizza "ready to go!" and had to wait 45 minutes for one pepperoni pizza, one cheese pizza, and crazy bread. These employees didnt seem to care about much except for taking orders.

The Deep Deep dish pizza is sooo good lol Im honestly at a loss for my undying love for it. The normal pizza isnt really that good but its so cheap you cant be that mad.
