The employees are very Rude, when you say good morning to them at the drive thru window, they dont respond, I ordered a whopper combo and the lady at the window handed me a chicken sandwich combo. I explained to her I told her a whopper combo, and she told me I was wrong and that she couldnt change the order because. "The head manager was not there to authorize the change of order due to there being a difference in price". I would recommend going somewhere else, the employees love to act like they dont speak English, and are rude and disrespectful.

They cant get the orders right. Went to the drive thru. They didnt just mess up our order they told us we gave your order to someone else and told to wait around front will bring it out to you. Waited almost 15 minutes and then went in to see where our food was and they forgot and gave us onion rings instead of tater tots cause they said they didnt have more. This is the most terrible service I have ever been to. Hope something can been done. Great place to eat just terrible customer service.

I will always give this BK 5 stars, the #1 in my book is that the restrooms are clean, during lunch rush the paper towel bins may get a little full but thats fairly normal anywhere. The employees are always courteous and friendly, food is good as well as fresh. Some people are way to picky about everything but when all is OK I wonder, do they thank them? Ive worked Fast Food in management and I know how harsh the public can be.

The manager at this place is atrocious. Rude, acts like she couldnt care less, consistently gets your order wrong. And then when you bring your wrong order back to the counter she completely ignores you. Their employee George, is the one redeeming factor of this place, totally friendly, goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you actually ordered.

Everyone at this Burger King was super friendly, and the service was fast. Restroom are super clean and so is the establishment as well. Oh and Jay the Store Manager, awesome lady. Oh not to forget, Joi, pretty funny guy.
