They clearly have issues maintaining stock and/or machinery. Went through the drive thru, ordered chicken fry meal with cherry icee. Cherry wasnt functional, okay. Im not unreasonable. Can I get it with ranch please? Nope. None of that either. Okaaay. Still not an unreasonable person. Take food and go, get where I intended and go to eat my food. They got my order wrong. I think Im done with these guys after also finding a hair in my food the last time I had gone. Stick to the taco bell down the road guys, theyre more clean, theyll get your order right, and you dont have to worry about them being out of everything.

I just went today . And u know what I cant even put a star on you guys cause I waited 25 mins at the screeners to order and the manager came out talking about the radio doesnt work and I ask why I guys didnt put a note and she replied me (is no working) and I pulled up in the window waited like 15 mins I didnt even get a great customer service the employee opened the window and tell me sorry we have issues and then closed the window didnt take my order and waited again for like 15 mins and I drove off because this is the worst ever customer service Ive ever received in my whole life ???

2 people working front, drive thru, and back when we first walked in, and it was somewhat busy. Food was less to be desired. Onion rings burned to the point you couldnt bite into them, french fries stale tasting and lukewarm, milk lukewarm, crispy sandwich is soggy. The mens bathroom is broken so the womens bathroom is disgusting. Lobby/seats could be better cleaned. Sorely disappointed and grossed out. Waste of money and time. No point in complaining ... Cant get their attention.

Hands down the worst fast food restaurant Ive ever been to. It just took me 35 minutes to get a chicken sandwich at 9:00 on a Sunday night. When they first gave me the bag it was wrong. I told them and they started laughing about it and poking fun at the guy who took my order. They truly let their disdain for their customers shine. And the food ranges from rubbery and reheated to "nearly edible." Theres Carls Jr. one block down - steer clear of this dump.

Went there this morning and sat I the drive thru maybe 30 seconds before I finally said "hello?" They said theyd be right with me...a few minutes later I just told them I was leaving. I was the only car in the drive thru and only 3 cars in the parking lot. Not impressed. Ill be driving the extra 6 miles to another Burger King before I go back there.

They are so so so so slow and no one speaks English and the wait time for your food is just crazy. Ive never been any where were the wait time is this slow. In & Out is faster even when the drive thro has a line out the parking lot.. if i could go e them a -10 I would. Also the food is not all that good in that place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scary, scary location! Lots of shady and homeless people hanging around (maybe living??) in the parking lot. The shopping center is run down with several vacated businesses. The restaurant itself has decent service but the prices are noticeably higher than other nearby locations.

Tried to order the steakhouse king which was on the menu right above the cashiers head and was told oh we dont have that anymore. Called their corporate office and was told yes it is still available and they would look into it and contact me back. Still waiting to hear back.

The entire restarant was filthy including bathroom counters behind work station had to ask for napkins and we stood and waited for our order for 25mins and the restaurant with empty drive through had one car poor service do to lack of staff drive through window was broken out

Had to wait 20 minutes in the morning for our food. They moved around slow and never give us our order fast enough to be fast food. And on top of that, they get our order wrong when we bought one thing. Dont recommend. They dont even apologize
