Food is good but terrible service. 30 min later still no appetizers, table who came after us was already served their food. No one checked on us, I had to ask David what was going on with our order. I think he lost our order but no excuse for not noticing since I could see him checking other tables but ours, its like we wer invisible. Finally after 40 min our food came, appetizer came 10 min later, go figure. Bill was wrong, there was a dessert that we never got. Took another 15 min to box our leftover. Just a chain of unfortunate events. We always come here but now not so sure if I wer to go back, there are other Thai food places in town that are just as good.

Thai Jasmine saved me from my hunger! I went to another restaurant, only to find out it was closed (though for some reason they didnt tell me they were closed when I entered.) Anyway, my mom suggested this place. Im glad she did. My pad Thai was absolutely delicious! Ive had pad Thais with no flavor, and some that were too sweet. This pad Thai was just right. I wanted to try their fresh rolls, but they had run out. Im going to have to come back earlier in the dinner service to get some! The staff were friendly, offering us water while we waited for our to-go order. Next time I eat here, Im dining in.

Food was great but service was terrible. No greeting (was just waiting awhile by the door to get seated) There was no acknowledgment. Then after while they talk across the room and just put the menus on the table and walk away. When given the food its just placed down with a little attitude from the asian lady. It was like that everytime she put food down. And walked away with a sigh/attitude lol someone didnt have a good morning. Terrible service but food was BOMB

Ok, hands down this place is beyond amazing, the infusion of the design and the atmosphere mixed in with the service will deliver a satisfying experience, thats part one, part 2 is the exotic experience your taste bud will have its a must to come and bring your family or a day or a business meeting to Tracy best hidden, Thai Jasmine restaurant

While in Tracy for a business trip with some co-workers we came here for dinner. We tried quite a few dishes and every one of them was excellent. We were coming from the midwest and it was so nice to have some FLAVOR in food again! I would absolutely come here again if I was in Tracy
