Twelve 28 kitchen is a fantastic addition to the local culinary scene. The food is not only delicious but inspired, with great visual appeal too. The menu tends toward eclectic comfort food. Chef Zac cares so much about quality in the kitchen that he even makes his own hamburger buns and pickles. The southern Benedict on the brunch menu was whimsically reminiscent of my Southern childhood, with collard greens and ham over a biscuit. The Korean sesame wings are complexly flavorful without scorching the palate. I had a bowl of braised short ribs with fried pickled okra over cheesy grits that still has me licking my lips. The service is excellent, the wine list well thought out while featurnig local wineries and the selection of rotating beers on tap is always interesting and fun. I heartily recommend it.

Amazing staff and the most amazing menu that changes daily. The chef is an artist and really takes pride in everything he makes sometines preparing a menu item for weeks to sell out in two days. Not one bad thing eaten tonight i highly highly recommend trying it. Not to pricy either especially for what you getting
