Food is very cheap here. But you get what you paid for. When people are not lining up, flies landed on food and take off as they wished. Once I saw a fly landed on the curry tray and I told the storekeeper that there is a fly. The keeper was not bothered and stirred the curry several times and continue to pour me my chicken curry. I never touched that curry. The charge on the bill is also not honest. The price of 2 meat and 1 vege is $6.5 but when I pay, the owner said I should pay $9. He then changed his mind and asked for $7. Im a big fan of indian food but it saddens me to see a store serves good tasting indian food is infested with flies and has such dishonest act. i will not visit it again.

For my first 5 min. in here, I generally was ignored by staff meaning I had to seek someone to reluctantly take my order, although I had been eager to try this place due to such high rating (now I suspect phony reviews). The food was really below average. I had biryani in an alum. container that was clearly reheated (prev. frozen?), with an unpleasant note overpowering all expected flavors (I like biryani, have had a dozen types). In the final bit of feeling unwelcome, I was rudely cut off in the aggressive parking lot. I plan to avoid this place in the future. There are plenty of Indian spots with better service and far better food. Two stars is generous.

I was shocked to see that such a small place can hold so many things in there, with BEST Indian Food! Ive been a customer for over 2 years now and I have tried all various kinds of dishes! Recently Ive tried their A La Carte menu and I love their Paneer tikka Masala! Its a MUST TRY dish! And I love their customizable Prantha Menu...Theyre HOT and DELICIOUS and of course made fresh!! Maaki di Roti with Sarso da Saag (bread made with corn flour and served with green Spinach) Even though its a fast food style restaurant but people behind the counter try to give the best service possible! And I recommend this place to anybody!

Good food, terrible service. I ordered the lunch special and they forgot the dessert. But the guy working the counter was such a jerk I just wanted to get out of there. He looked and behaved super annoyed the entire time I was ordering. I had the goat curry and cant deny it was pretty good, flavorful and spicy. The chapati was also freshly made. I found another Indian eatery close by so unless That place is closed I probably wont be coming back here anytime soon. If I have a craving for Indian food that includes meat Im going to try and yelp another spot before this returning to this one.

You just cant get such an amazing lunch for $3.99 anywhere! The food is really good, fresh, they make everything there and I find the spices are just the right amount. The garlic naan portions are also quite big so you end up quite satisfied. The place is really small with room for about 6-8 people inside and a couple of tables outside. You can also take everything to go but its nice to take a break outside in the sun. They also sell nanak rasmalai in a pack which is harder to find. And lets face it, one can never get enough ras malai :)

We had dinner 2 days back. Although its a tiny place, we didnt mind to sit & eat. The behaviour of the people managing was very annoying. We stood in the line for long but he continously took orders from those who came later & standing at end of line. Very unprofessional behaviour. When we asked if ala carte curries can be made without onion garlic, he bluntly said no. We were forced to eat the ready curries which tasted just okay. Prices of other foods like milk cans, lassi, etc are too inflated.

We were looking for a India sweet place in Torrance and thats how we discovered this restaurant. The reviews were pretty good and we trusted that but believe me, it was worth! The sweets were good and the curries were even better. The quantity is decent but the quality is good. It doesn’t have a great sitting but it is perfect if you want to take out. I will certainly recommend it and it is worth giving a shot for sure.

This little secret has the best Indian food! They make everything fresh or have a hot table usually with chicken and goat curries, chicken tikka masala and delicious vegetables. If I was a vegetarian, I would come here for the great saag paneer, channa masala, dal and great Barg(eggplant). I take it out sometimes but love to sit and eat and remind myself of my travels to India.........Great food at amazing prices

In from out of town and wanted something less corporate. I love Indian and this place is no exception. I wouldnt mind eating every meal here for the rest of my stay. Im in the service industry and I cant complain. Service was fast and friendly. Quality is right on, portions generous and price point respectful. Its not often I can say all of that about an establishment.

Very clean, friendly wait staffs, delicious food. Cant ask for more from a 10.00 buffet! They also had yogurt, fruit and all sorts of sauce.Best of all they had chicken Rikki Marsala. It is usually a rare occasion to see that since its a regularly ordered item. Im impressed and will definitely be back when Im in town again. Parking is a bit funky- but youll love it!

Great food, but the chicken in one of the currys was WAY undercooked and pink... Only reason I am giving it 3 stars. That can make people sick. Had to throw mine out. Everything else I ate was good though. Just wish I could get part of my money back or a different entry for having undercooked meat on my plate.... Just saying.

Dont care what anyone says... everyone has his own tastes. This place is the CLOSEST one can come to healthy home cooked Punjabi food. There are no Mexican cooks here... All food is prepared by people from Punjab. Doesnt get better than that for being outside India!

For the likes of Torrance the grocery shopping is ok with a decent enough variety of items that will suit if you get the urge to make a curry from scratch or need some spices. Prices are ok. Not eaten the buffet food as didnt look too appetizing.

A great hole-in-the-wall place to get a variety of Indian dishes and snacks. Theyve been here quite a while so the prices havent skyrocketed. The samosas are still less than a dollar. Some items are available quickly from the front steam table.
