Die besten Pommes der Welt und super Burger. Obwohl es hier immer ziemlich voll ist, ist der Laden sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Pommes werden vor Ort geschält und in Pflanzenöl frittiert. Herrlich! Das Menü hat sich seit der Eröffnung des ersten Ladens im Jahr 1948 kaum geändert. Als Burger gibt es den Hamburger, Cheeseburger und den "Double Double". Das wars! Und das reicht auch völlig aus, da man sich hier nicht mit zwanzig verschiedenen Produkten befassen muss, sonder man kann sich auf die Qualität dieser wenigen Burger konzentrieren. Und das klappt hervorragend. Das 50er-Jahre Ambiente ist klasse und typisch amerikanisch. Wer also in California zu Gast ist, sollte dieses Geschmackserlebnis nicht verpassen. Denn diese Burgerkette gibt es außerhalb des "Golden State" und an sehr wenigen Orten.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with onion, 1 cheeseburger, 2 fries, and 3 sodas. Order number was 31, waited for around 15 minutes, went to check my order number called was 28. Waited for another 10 minutes to follow up my order, still nothing. Other customers were coming to check on their order as well. The next thing that happened was they were calling numbers randomly. They called number 24, 25, and then 34 back down to 29, then 35, 38, 39, 41. By this time I knew they lost my order. So one of the staff borrowed my receipt and gave it to one who was preparing the burgers. One other customer got his fries and returned it cause he ordered fries with cheese. Finally got my order but very much disappointed how disorganized this place has become.

Worst In-N-Out most have the greatest food. This one is ok but they do not know how to do their fries right they are always soggy and if you ask for extra crispy you never get it also the lettuce is usually soggy to. The shakes are never Frozen theyre always kind of warm I know its hot weather here but I get them everywhere as a long-distance trucker I stopped at in and out all over and they are usually the greatest this is the only one that Ive ever had a problem with their food or drinks and I stopped in here at least once a month since it opened seems like its only been like this for the last year sorry in and out Ive never given a bad review before this is the first time

This In-N-Out was better than the others. I recently visited a different location on Sunset Boulevard and was very disappointed. There, the food was cold, the fries were repulsive, the wait was very long, and the staff were rude. Here, I noticed that there was a very little wait time and the burgers were great. The fries, not so great. The fries were over cooked and dry. The location seemed to be clean and there were busy workers cleaning as soon as someone left. I would say this location was fairly good other than the fries.

This has always been the staple location for us (prior to then being in Arizona). We would stop here Everytime we came to California. They moved the exit to this In-N-Out, which is crazy! Service is friendly as always but after eating this was the first time that I didnt feel too hot from eating here. Maybe it was the driving or maybe it was the quality, I am not sure. Is In-N-Out going the way of other fast food companies??

The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious here. The prices are very reasonable too. The customer service is always good; you always get friendly smiles and greetings here. It gets pretty busy sometimes but somehow the workers always manage to work efficiently to get your order to you. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to eat.

Great late night for a burger that is not dennys or ihop. Only thing is you get a bunch of mexicans & their kids that are out of control & sooo loud you cant even enjoy your meal or hear your friends conversation. Come on In & Out, at least have your employees ask the loud ppl to bring it down.

Possibly the busiest In n Out we have been to, but well worth the wait. Us older folks will immediately recofnize the smell of this place from the 60s as quality food with n additives, freshly cooked., well worth the wait during busy times. If you not yet a fan, will be when you leave. :-)

Not much of a selection: Hamburger or Cheeseburger is it unless ya know about the Animal Style/hidden menu which taste good but is the reason it is called In and Out as it goes so quickly through the body. The restaurants are packed for idk what it is the most overrated restaurant!

I visited from the Midwest and had heard of this iconic burger place so I had to try it. It was good, in fact delicious. But the restaurant is simply a fast food restaurant, so the seating want all that comfortable. It took about 15 minutes to get our burgers.

I thought all In-N-Outs were the same, but this one seemed tired and in a sort of sad and rundown spot. The parking lot area could do with a refurb and some happy landscaping perhaps? Either way, the food tasted the same so I will stop my complaining.

A great stop before making a long trek across the desert to the land of no In-N-Out. There are plenty of amenities here at the stop for gas and food, but it is always a go with In-N-Out. It is sometimes busy here as it is a big stop.

Love the cheese burger here, always buy drive through coz its always crowded in store. The drive through may be long but your order gets taken by staff at the start making it convenient upon reaching the cashier your order is ready

Such a SoCal staple! I got the grilled cheese and the fries, both extra crispy. Look up the secret menu before you go. This place is consistently crowded and no one wants to stand in line longer while you figure out what to order!

Everything was great. Always have to come here when we come to Palm Springs. We started coming when you had your first by the Ontario Airport period we would drive from Palm Springs to Ontario just to get a burger.

Great burgers! This place was insanely busy with the lunch rush, but the staff was pushing out orders like it was nothing. A little wait due to the crowds, but totally worth it. Theres a reason theyre so busy.
