The service here has gotten awful. I come here a lot, I was even here last night with a party of four and the place was out of mac and cheese, they were out of the shake charm that my date wanted, and my Red Robin card did not work. Then my burger was overcooked and made wrong, but the kitchen had closed so they would not fix it. The manager practically begged me to come back again, gave me a free appetizer card, and assured me my next visit would be better. So today I visited the Red Robin website, I fixed the issue with my card, and I came back with a party of five, including my two youngest children, only to get the worst service Ive ever had in my life from Joey. I had to go to the bar twice to order my drinks, the appetizer came after the meal, my meal was made wrong and came with the incorrect side dish. I didnt get to order the salad I wanted because Joey never came back after he sped off when he took my order, which he clearly didnt bother to take down correctly, all three of my children had to wait an obscene amount of time to have their drinks refilled, and my two youngest children had to wait so long for their mac and cheese refill that Im not sure if they got it or not before I left. My friend who accompanied us only ordered bottomless fries and had not got them before I left. To make matters worse there was a 45 minute wait when we got here, so I actually waited around 45 minutes to be treated this poorly. I will NOT be coming back here anytime soon, if ever again.

The only thing great about this place is the frozen margaritas. As a female I know Im not the aimed clientel, but as a foodie with random burger cravings here or In N Out is my fast food go to. I Ordered the BBQ burger and it was just too oily to consume. The bread crumbled and became mushy, not a soft bread that you can dunk and eat by itself, just mush. The oil from the sauce and the water from the tomatoes with the butter on the buns ruined it. The onions were so intertangled and hard to rip with my teeth I just gave up and ate my burger with a fork. Yes, I have my nails done, yes I wear makeup, and yes I was worried about getting food lodged into my teeth, but I tried my best to just ignore my feminism and eat. My fries were dry and they usually arent. My milkshake was flat and not as vanilla. The only highlight was the drinks, they were spot on with temperature and flavor, and I usually never get them. Last time I had an avocado burger and the experience was different. Not sure if it was a different chef or they just added too much and didnt want to fix it. Again this is my experience and my opinion. Try it, but if this happens to you dont be surprised.

I wish u could give no stars. Whos manager of this place ?? Its filthy dirty. Tons of tables not cleaned. I understand I walked in at 9 and u close at 10 but thats no excuse. Sat in the bar for 10 mins. Not even 1 person came and talked to me and mind u 1 other person in the whole bar and me. Terrible!! Then I had someone seat me in the dining room and there was 3 employees sitting down eating and playing jokes. Sit down. Table dirty. Menu nasty and sticky. My god. I ask waitress to make sure the fries are hot. They come Cold!! This place is terrible. Will never come back !!! Waste of time and money.

Two weeks ago went there to enjoy a family members. I ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken, after 20 minutes the salad arrived to our table, The server was very polite and courteous, to our surprise the salad was old, the lettuce was brown color and the chicken was possibly out of the refrigerator 5 minutes prior to be set in our table, absolutely unhealthy. I requested to talk to the manager on duty and after talk for few minutes he removed the charge from my bill. The female served stated"very sorry but it is bad, the chicken looks like raw. Used to be a good restaurant today be aware of.

After being seated by the hostess who did NOT provide us with the best first impression, we were at our table passing the time by guessing which server we would get....and yay!! We got the one we wanted. After our Poppin Purple Lemonade, campfire bbq dipping sauce for the bottomless garlic steak fries, a Royal Robin burger with cheddar and provolone cheese along with our wonderful server, Destiny...we are leaving full and happy, our excellent server and delicious food won us over!!

Seriously the service has been horrible each time I go in.from taking a long time to even get a drink order to not even getting our food and then when we do the food is cold!I used to love red robin but 1 2 3 4th time being horrible I suggest to not even waste your money on this low customer service place !! Also the depend to much on the little machine like at least say hello and ask if we need refills cuz clearly not all people know how to work the thing !

Only came here one time, the menu looked good so It was hard to decide what I wanted, the waitress rolled her eyes and walked away while I was thinking.... everyone else in my party had ordered which she took and gave to the kitchen to be prepared. I ended up NOT eating there, everyone switched the orders to go, which took us another half an hour to leave, and for the rest of my life will NEVER attempt to eat here again. I refuse the entire NAME CHAIN.

This is the second time I come to this location, and it might be my last. I ordered the A1 peppercorn burger and it was a little bit burned on the sides enough for me to taste the charcoal burn taste. As far as the fries they arrived just a bit cold for my taste. The waitress seemed more bugged we were there eating, and seemed to care more of what ever was going on on her phone. Very bad experience these second time around.

Nothing wrong with the food just not ANYWHERE near as good as the commercial makes it look .. They need to change the tune from Red Robin Yummm to Red Robin Ehhhhhhhh ... An over priced hamburger joint that is just OK .. They are like the Dennys of Hamburger joints no big deal just over priced food and the service was really show .... Just put more fries on the plate that way you dont have to wait to get more

We got a table in about 15 minutes. That was as good as it got. No server ever came to our table. We flagged one down. She immediately tagged another server to find out who our server was. The table next to us arrived 5 minutes after us. They were on their second round, and still no one came to our table. Everyone around us was getting service. We decided to just head over to the BJs down the street.

Not my best dining experience... My server was extremely slow, he kept forgetting our French fries, he rang us up under the wrong table so we couldnt pay from the table tablet...I could go on and on, but I dont wanna completely bash the place. Our sandwiches were delicious, just wish we couldve gotten those FFs to go with them. Not A good intro to Vegas
