I am giving two stars because I had two decent experiences here in the past. My experience yesterday warrants zero stars. I came in to pick up a to-go order. It took nearly ten minutes to locate the person who took my order. Apparently only the person who took the order can help pack it because there were about ten employees congregated in the middle of the restaurant doing nothing. I was sent from the host stand to the back bar to this congregation and back to the host stand, and still no one knew who could help me. Mind you, there are less than five tables occupied in this restaurant at the time. I was in a hurry to leave by the time I was able to pay for the meal so I didnt check the containers. That was a mistake. Our lettuce-wrapped burgers were just the contents of the burger thrown in a box with white and yellow stems of lettuce heads. It was a mess. Everything was water logged. I ended up eating a soggy, cold veggie patty and wet cheese with a fork since the $1.49 lettuce wrap didnt exist. This was the type of food I would eat if I were starving, not the kind I would pay $30 for. To top it off my husbands side salad was old and wilted. Most of the food had to be thrown away. Such a shame that this place cant stay consistent. My husband used to look forward to their delicious burgers, but I doubt we will ever go back.

Every visit seems to get worse. Feels like they are being told to save as much money as possible since portions are much smaller than they used to be and they actively try to avoid giving you bottomless fries now. You have to harass the servers to get a refill of fries and the ones they bring out tend to be cold and as small as what originally comes with your burger. I dont know if its just this location thats bad, or its demands from the corporate level. Disappointed as it used to be really great. Update: Things seem to have improved, service and portions are markedly better. Will keep visiting and update my review accordingly.

Food is mediocre, lousy service, if you ask for a refill of fries theyll literally ignore you. Asked them twice and they still didnt bring them after about 30 mins, didnt even come by say anything. The wait to get a table takes forever, even though its not even really that busy. Food used to be better but now it just seems like something youd get from a fast food joint.

Although this place can get pretty busy, its great for a casual but healthy bite. The salads are fresh and the soups are always really good. The to-go service is on time and friendly if you dont have time to wait for a table. Especially for weekend brunch the wait can be long, but most days for lunch/dinner there is no wait!

One of the few locations which actually serve well and promptly. Have been coming to this location for 4 years and not a single mess up. Fries are always hour and drinks are promptly refilled. Very nice with kids too. Also it helps that the staff is young and energetic. Will keep coming unless they mess up.

The staff is GREAT and the Shroom Burger with onion straw straws is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!... I think the price is reasonable because of the quantity and quality of food and we never leave disappointed and have plenty to take home for later!!!... Also LOVE the decor and energy of the place!...

Great spot to take kids. Excellent at handling food allergies and sensitivities, check out their website and their Interactive Allergen Menu. Also kudos for the Conversation Starter ("Would You Rather") questions on the kids menus. Fun dinner conversation!

Awesome food great service our waiter Dakota is wonderful weve had it many times he does a great job hes very attentive sees to all of our needs we are regulars here and we love it their spinach dip is to die for I recommend it to anybody that likes spinach

Tasty food with large portions. They have some good sauces for dipping fries in too. The price is a bit steep but they make up for it with the quality, portions, and unlimited fries. Their take out is quick and easy too.
