I came her for a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised they also have a wide selection of boba (aka pearl or bubble) tea. Even better, they had a 2-for-1 special for grand opening. Even without the promo though, its still competitively priced. The tea is freshly brewed and just as good as that of the more popular tea places. As for the sandwich, I was also pleasantly surprised because just from the name, I wouldnt have guessed it was going to be Vietnamese banh mi style, which is my personal favorite. The roast beef sandwich tasted like biting into a tasty bowl of Vietnamese pho. I noticed they also have outdoor seating, which would be great during warmer weather.

I like this small local business because they arent just another franchise or chain that only does things as thief hiring manager or staff told them to like gong Cha or something. I think its a family run place. We were able to get our drink to have 10% sugar level which other places dont really do. We interacted with people instead of trained drones which is a nice change from your regular boba shop. Tea was great but usually its hard to mess those up. Bonus points comes from the custom sugar level. Sandwiches are banh mi style. Cheap and delicious. Will come back here

Family run, quality teas from Taiwan. Please order with 5-10% sugar to taste the difference between their teas and powder mixes. There is a huge difference. I bring my thermos to be eco friendly. Support indie businesses like this I think their cafe is super cute and clean.
