Ive long overlooked this tea place due to my months of loyalty to another tea place... Im so glad I finally tried Sharetea last week! Now Im really hooked -- I go almost everyday for their creamas! Their milk tea is also pretty good too, so if I want something lighter than their creamas, I usually just get the milk tea without it. Also since Im a huge fan of matcha, and my favorite place was in Richmond, Im ecstatic that the matcha creama here totally matches the matcha milk tea I crave and love in Richmond. Now I have somewhere close to fulfill that craving (: & if I want something sweeter, I go for the peach creama! Ordering online helps if you want to place a large order with specific instructions or if you live far away. But Ive personally not found it too useful since I only live 10 min away and the turnaround time is 20 min. Still, I appreciate the online ordering since Im sure one of these days Ill use it haha. Cashiers are friendly and the drink makers are efficient! Will be coming back lots ^__^

Like all good things that happen in life, you just dont want it to end but unfortunately sometimes it does. Its really with great sadness that Im giving this place less than 5 stars because their drinks are superb. They make consistently good drinks, I give them that. BUT, the last couple of times Ive been here, I was disappointed by their service. They are just so S - L - O - W. On average the wait is about 10-15 minutes with a few people but when its packed, it can be around 40-50 minutes -__- ( insert meme here: aint nobody got time for that) For a place that only serves drinks and nothing else, I dont get how they have yet to optimize their drink making process because they fall so behind on their orders. I dont know about anyone else but I dont really have that much time to spare and I dont want to waste it on waiting for my boba. For this reason, Im almost hesitant to come back. Maybe the convenience isnt worth the trouble.

Best milk place in Union City. I go all the way from Hayward to get milk. They only have one size drinks, but the price you pay for a 24 oz drink is the same as any other milk tea place. Tons of drinks to pick from. Some drinks come with a topping included in the price which you can trade out without an additional price. Their large pearls are the freshest Ive gotten and arent in a super sweet syrup. They only have a few tables but there are benches and stools to sit on if youre waiting for your drinks to-go. If youre staying there, they have a flat screen that they play some baseball or basketball games on. They also some some board games such like jenga.

Sharetea is definitely the best boba tea place in my opinion. not only the tea is freshly brewed and there are so many customization. from customizing sweetness, ice level, and different topping. I can go on and on. You have to try it out to know what I am talking about!! Kiwi ice jelly, lemon tea and mango creama are definitely my favorite drinks!!! try them out guys!!

Came in the store, the place filled with tea scent. It was definitely fresh brewed tea. All the drinks freshly made until order. There are great selections of milk tea, fruit tea and smoothie. Okinawa pearl milk tea is so good. Their classic pearl milk tea most authentic milk tea from Taipei. Oolong creama is so goooood. They ranked Taipei no1.

The Niles location is small with very little seating, making it prime for to-go orders. Lots of tea flavors and leaves to choose from. Yakult lovers will love that there is a dedicated Yakult tea menu. Personally, I recommend the Creama menu. Top it off with any toppings, from tapioca balls big and small to ice cream and herb jellies.

I usually go to the Sharetea in San Jose and get the mango milk tea with either less or 0% sugar and its just right at San Jose. But when I ordered one at Union City, it was way too sweet. I guess each shop makes their drink differently...

This place used to be great and our go to place for share tea. However, drinks has become less thick in flavor and it was somewhat disappointing. Waiting time is very minimal and working staff is nice.
