I tried this place for the first time this week. I have been concerned about going because I am a pretty picky eater, and it is obviously kind of a specialty place. My burger was delicious. They recommend all of their burgers medium rare, but I got mine cooked medium and it came out correctly. They say on their menu that burgers cooked well take up to 20 minutes to prepare, so Id order early if you want yours rare. The staff was friendly and was happy to answer our questions about the menu. My group shared the chili cheese pinwheels and the loaded tater tots. I really preferred the tots, but the pinwheels werent bad. Note that burgers dont come with sides, you have to order them separately. They have a pretty small menu and had a couple specials. Id come back again, but it is a little pricey for lunch if youre not going out for a specific reason.

The best part of our dinner experience was having David as our waiter - he made the dinner fun and relaxing. The food was great too. We ordered the Caprese burger and the Hoisin burger and shared waffle cut sweet potato fries. Taking away one star because the Menu states that Happy Hour is during Bay Area sports games. We were there watching the second half of the Warrirors game, but the Happy Hour pricing wasnt honored when we asked about it. This should be cleared up. I understand thats a small issue, but it is an important one to me. Ill ask before ordering next time. Other than that, everything was spectacular. Well be back.

We went on a Thursday evening and it we were literally the only people in the restaurant for about half of our meal. The servers were friendly but made a lot of mistakes - added sour cream when we asked them not to, one of the burgers was very undercooked, one of the burger patties had a hole in it (what?). The tots, though covered in cheese, bacon, and sriracha sauce, were bland. Most of the food felt like it had been sitting in the window for a few minutes before being brought out. All in all, nothing too terrible, but there were so many little mistakes that it made for a very disappointing experience.

The buns are baked fresh in house daily and the beef is local and all-natural; these two make the difference! Not your typical burger place; short menu and no substitutions. To be honest, a little on the more expensive side for burgers, but worth a try. The loaded tots, though good, were too oily. Glad we had a reservation, otherwise we would have had to wait. Staff is super friendly and deco of good taste. Also important the cleanness of the restrooms.

Showed up for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was happy hour. Sat at the bar; Gregorys service was superb. Crispins blackberry pear cider was on tap, and was excellent. Split an order of the fully loaded tots (half of which is practically a meal itself) and a nom burger with a fried egg. Super reasonable price, excellent service, delicious, satisfying food... Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be returning.

Good, but not great. The prices were high, but the food quality was equally high. The food didnt have a lot of flavor, and the menu was tiny with few options for customization. The shakes are a straight up rip-off, but at least they tell you up front theyre $8-$9 each. With so many otherr great burger options around, I wont be back unless Nom fixes their prices and increases the volume of their menu.

We were greeted with smiles and charming modern decor! The tater top appetizer was delicious, and was only topped by our burgers... "The California Love" and "The Nom Burger". After such a wonderful meal, we just had to order a piece of the "Chocolate on Chocolate" cake. If youre considering trying this place, I really recommend it! Wonderful service and attention... We will definitely be back soon!

One of my favorite burger restaurants. The combination of delicious burgers, interesting sides, and modern/trendy ambiance make it a fun experience. Ordered the California Love, with sides of pulled pork taro nachos and fully loaded tater tots. The sides are interesting, but what really stands out is the burger. The meat was juicy and the combination of the egg, avocado, and fresh bun was great.

IN A NUTSHELL: PROS: This place is gastronome burgers for the foodie lovers! All good things: they take reservations; they make buns in-house: outdoor seating; TVs; tots: OREO shake is amazing; CONS: Pricey; if you dont like rare, specifically tell them the style you preferred cooked! fries dont come with your meal: yikes most all places that have burgers come with a SIDE OF FRIES!

Great place. Decor is nice and you can tell its brand new. Burger is juicy and I like that they use a lot of avocado in their menu--more restaurants should do this! We got the bread pudding on the house and it was so-so. Id come here for the burger, not dessert. Next time well probably try the sides too--pinwheel fries with oxtail chilli sounds amazing..

These burgers are amazing and the fries delicious. Atmosphere is very contemporary. I loved the food. The three other people in my party who ordered beers were jealous of my Oreo shake. The glass for the shake was an ornate, slender, foot tall, curvy wonder with large pieces of cookie in shake smooth enough to drink through a straw.

It was to expensive! Its not worth it. Its overrated. Burgers arent that amazing! They were ok. The square block of fried Habenoro cheese on your burger didnt taste fresh tasted like it was frozen or already prepared and they warmed it up. The bacon jam was interesting. I was Very disappointed! Dont go here!

陽気な店員さんと、かなりおいしいハンバーガー。小ぶりかなと思ったけど一個で結構お腹にたまります。サイドメニューのボリュームがすごいので気をつけてください。

The burger bun and patties were great. We got the Nom Burger and California Love Burger. The avocados in the California Love really made it taste really good. A little on the expensive side but its worth it for the chill atmosphere. Also their meat is locally sourced and sustainable.

The service was very good. We had a party of 12 and they were ready for us 30 minutes before our reservation. They were very patient with us and the server was super friendly. The food was fantastic. The burger was cooked perfectly and came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Respect for any place with decent taps and take overs. Nom burger is solid, probably worth doing much of the menu. The Tarro "Nacho" is highly skippable, my definition of nacho includes cheese, these dont. Id come back without question, but Id stay away from the nachos.

Polite staff and amazing burgers. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which is a seasonal speciality. The meat was flavorful and of good quality. The bun was sweet, which was a nice surprise and the burger itself was just stuffed with all sort of delicious fillings.
