Should be called In-N-In since once you are in you never get out. The wait time is unexplainable. That being said, the burgers are hot, fresh and tasty. The fries are bullocks but you can hedge your bet and perk them up by ordering them Animal Style - which adds grilled onions, revved up Thousand Island dressing and cheese. Ask about the Not-So-Secret Menu - or Google it before you go - as it adds things like grilled cheese sandwich, protein style burgers and more. The shakes are palatable. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more for your burger. The drive-thru line gets priority, so if you are in a hurry you can blaze through it in about only 15 minutes. LOL. PS: parking and seating is tight as well, but outdoor seating is usually less gridlocked. Stake out a likely seating prospect while you wait for your order. PPS: Ketchup is on hand pump tap but mustard is special order by packets - and onions (grilled or raw) are special order too. In-N-Out is a great value and stays open late.

This was my first time here and I liked it. I ate every bit of my burger. I love how fresh everything is. And the customer service was awesome. I felt like I was having Chick-fil-A service in a burger place. Every employee looked happy. I was able to see the fries cut fresh. And even though it was busy, the wait was not long. Everything tasted great. I would definitely eat here again.

This In-N-Out restaurant is really good. The food is great and service is fast. The only downside is that there will always be a long wait, both the drive thru and inside. If you dont mind waiting than its a good option to eat here. The employees are usually kind and curteous. Overall I give this place 4 stars. I knocked off a star for the wait time, everything else is great.

Location is always busy. Order only took a few minutes to be ready. Only suggestion which isnt even about the food is to fix the front doors. They need those shocks so they close softly. They currently close hard so it sounds like someone slamming the door and since this location is so busy its non stop door slamming shenanigans.

Cant go wrong with In-N-Out. This one is always busy, and youll likely be waiting upwards of 15 minutes for your order to churn out, but the quality is amazing and fairly-priced. I think its $6 for a cheeseburger meal. Be sure to pick up some peppers at the condiments stand-- it makes the burger all that much tastier.

It is great to have my favorite hamburger shop close to home. I used to drive to San Ramon, much happier to drive to Pleasant Hill instead. I have enjoyed their tasty hamburgers but their creamy, thick chocolate shakes are my favorite. Always a big value for the money!

I wish I would have timed the drive thru it was super fast I think its the fastest In-N-Out drive-thru Ive ever experienced. I was craving a burger and said, okay Google closest In-N-Out. They gave me a lap mat, which I didnt know was a thing. Quick tasty lunch break.

This place is amazing! I love coming here to get my burger and shake fix. My only wish, and reason for 1 star less than 5, is the congestion of the parking lot and the drive-thru line takes forever. Otherwise, this place is delicious and wont disappoint.

Nice and cheerful staff! The store layout is a little tight, hard to squeeze past people just to get in line to order and the place is always packed. Drive thru line is always long but moves fast. Definitely best fast food place in the area.

Its in n out... Ive never been to an in n out that was bad! Although I will say that this one has power lines that intersect the drive thru... that cant be safe. Other than that the food was fresh and amazing as it is with every in n out.

Of course In-N-Out food is amazing. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is for the parking and drive-thru setup. Very quickly fills up and causes traffic and frustration. Usually its better just to go inside if you can find parking.

Not bad for fast food. Before moving to California everyone said "you have to eat there". Now Ive eaten at in and out burger. Think it was over hyped. Milkshake was fantastic though. Do have to say it was priced well also.
