Im disappointed in the unprofessionalism at this establishment that claims to have "Quality you can taste". I watch the 2 burgers my friend and I ordered sit for about 3-5 min (leaning more on the 5+) side. I comment on my observation when receiving my order to one of the male employees. Eating the food and knowing the above, my friend and I observe that most of our fries were hard. (Perhaps coming from a frozen bag into the fryer.) I told my friend I saw the burgers sitting for 5 min and we both commented on how hard the fries were. My friend (eating in for the first time) disliked the fries. And before coming here Im excited to take him to In-N-Out. (A place I grew up coming to eat in California.) Toward the end of his burger he believed to have chomped into it and bit something hard that had potentially cracked his tooth. Hes a 34 year old lean male. I report our experience to the manager ( ) she comments that shell look into it. Coming back to my friends and I meal, I consider and ponder how she didnt ask if my friend was okay. Its been now 20min after ive talked to her and she doesnt check in with us. Im disappointed. And only a hope to maybe one day redeem In-N-Out to my friend. (And I probably wont come back to this location.) We had a bad experience and hope that there can be a genuine concern from In-N-Out employees to its customers.

This place was way better before. Today we stopped by and our order was . 2 BURGERS #ONE with onions, 2 ONION RINGS and 1 drink( half SPRITE and HALF coke with NO ICE) What we got. 1) Burgers with NO ONIONS 2) French fries with onions 3) one medium sized glass filled only up to half. The women we order with did not understand for sure and may have no idea about the menu . Another thing is that a glass of soft drink cost maybe 25 cents and because i asked with NO ICE they fill it up to half. I dont like to complain, but i just cant let it go like that. As i said before, this place is going down in a good speed.

I find this place to be utterly disgusting. In both times I went there (waiting for someone else to come), all free tables were filthy (even those which were supposedly "clean"). No napkins are to be found anywhere. Fine, I used my own tissues to clean the tables. I opened my laptop and tried to get some work done. No WiFi. Fine, I used my phone for a hotspot. Next, a family sits next to me, and something splashes all over my laptop screen. Nobody bothers to even try and apologize. I used my tissues to clean my screen and left the place. I just dont get how is it always so crowded, busy and noisy. The burgers arent even tasty. More reasons for me to never return.

In-N-Out is always very consistent with their food. I am going to this location since 10 years and the experience and food quality is always the same: good but could be definitely better. The burger is good but the French fries are always a bit too dry. It is also becoming overcrowded those days and the food wait time starts to be longer. The terrace is a pure joke as it is missing umbrellas for the big sun. It is impossible to stay outside. Last, the parking can be quite challenging.

Its an In-N-Out. They do the normal really good job. Theyre crowded like all In-N-Outs. I recently decided to try a double-single and first did so at this location. They got the order right away (Id never heard anyone order a double-single before). It turns out that is the ideal balance for me. There has always been enough parking but it can get messy getting in and out (hah) due to Costcos gas station, the drive through lane, and Pacific Commons generally poor traffic flow.

Good prompt service. I go here about once a week and their quality is consistent from what you would expect from any In-N-Out. There is always a line due to its heavy traffic location, so be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes during noon or 7pm for your meal. The staff is friendly and usually gets it right, but just check your food before you speed off just in case. With the amount of orders they process in a day, theyre bound to make a few mistakes.

Very weak Customer service, I went there 2 times in 2 days in a row and both time had like 10-15 minutes delay (they were not busy at all) after all that waiting I got to the window and my order was wrong (instead of lettuce wrap it was in bun and another day they didnt put any vegetable and sauce for my burger. I have been many different locations of In-N-Out but never experienced such a delay I saw in this Fremont location.

A little slow but the fries were as crispy as I like them and the hamburger was as hot, moist and tasty as I have come to expect. Im pleased that theyre becoming more consistent; in the distant past they seem to make something closer to a standard Animal Style Double Double. If they keep this up theyll get another star....

Fresh burgers, made to order, and grilled onions as an option...YUM! Then you can get it protein style and it can be messy to eat, but it is so much healthier for me! Fries and fry sauce, add a drink and a perfectly delicious meal is ready to consume. And, I dont have to shop, cook or do the dishes.

This place serves great burgers. Oh wait, thats common knowledge. What else do you need to know. It is In And freaking Out. Servers are friendly but because of the constant long lines, food can take a while to reach your chompers. Nevertheless, good food is good food. Thats what we are here for right?

In n Out burger is goood. Eating it since I was born in the great state of California. For the tourists:ask for grilled onions. If you like spicy, they can add banana peppers to your burgers. Can also add ketchup, mustard, and pickles upon request. Also ask a local what animal fries are.

Little disappointed this time. Realizing its late in the evening. ..however not expecting the quality to be sub par. My frys tasted like ick...like old oil. Bummer cuz Ive not had IN N OUT much due to eating clean...this was a treat but tasted like fishy old oil. Ew!!!

They tend to over-grill the grilled onions, but if you order whole-grilled onions they will be less grilled. Then again sometimes if they are super busy the whole grilled onions are a little underdone. Pick whichever bothers you less, I guess. Still delicious to me!
