Beware folks...this company has participated in fraudulent activity and I caught them in it personally. I brought my son there for a burger after a soccer game with his teammates. I got the amount, $15.37, paid for it with my business Visa and got the receipt that stated the same amount. No issues...Not until I got home and was checking my business account he next AM that I noticed I was charged $17.68. What?? Why would an exact additional 15% be added to my bill? Oh, the cashier added a tip for herself without my knowledge!! I notified some of the other soccer parents who then checked their records and the same thing happened to all of them too! So this is bad enough by itself. It has nothing to do with the small amount of money, but the principal that they are adding tips without the customers knowledge for the staff to pocket. So I email headquarters as they are closed when I notice this. I get a call from the area manager who then goes on to give me a complete BS LIE about it being my bank that added a fee and that it will post for less later. No, I am not stupid and I have run big business with batch settlement before and I know how it works. It sits there for a day in your account pending for the amount that it will CHARGE you account that you authorized, not anything else. What the Operations manager was trying to get away with was recalling that batch, redoing the charge, and then resettling it to she could say this was a banking issue. Just to verify I called my bank, Chase bank, and sure enough they said NO WAY does anything get posted for more and then later reduce itself. The money was taken from my business account. To back this up, I just checked my business account and sure enough the charge is totally gone now, not even pending anymore. This proves they amended their batch to try to correct it and now it will post again at the right amount in two days. This would of gone thru with the 15% for all our team (and I am sure everyone that eats there on a daily basis) . Also telling of their guilt was the way in which the manager immediately offered me a gift card instead. No, I want nothing for free, I just do not want to pay for anything extra either. Got the feeling they do get caught often and maybe the gift card is a smooth over to folks so they dont have to go to the trouble of amending a whole day of credit cards to try to cover up their fraudulent behavior. I am not sure what the case is, but just watch your receipt vs. what hits your bank/charge card. Save your receipt as proof if this happens to you. I see a lot of legal trouble for these folks in the future if this happens on a regular basis.

4/4/16 I absolutely love coming into Fuddruckers for their ice cream counter. I have found a new flavor of ice cream that now makes it impossible to just get a double scoop. I have to have "banana split". Its delicious!! (Plus Mint chip and Cookies n cream). Aww yes, my three favorites. Its only $1/scoop too! Unbeatable price! Even my true #1 favorite ice cream counter is slightly higher than that. I dont think id come for a hot meal, but I definitely spend a lot of time here getting dessert. They have cookies and brownies too, and the brownies are very good!

The fries is really good and the burger Patty was lil dry on inside but still delicious to eat. Ive heard of the place or seen the name before though hadnt thought to try yet but glad to have came by and will again if Im look for a burger joint. They serve salad and provide peanuts to snack while you wait on your food like some other places. And I received my food pretty quick regardless there is lotta people here at the time for dinner.

I dont think Im in a bad mood for the day, it seems Im finding a lot of disappointing places, is more like it. Places that fall flat of expectation, for some mysterious reason. This Fuddruckers absolutely qualifies as one of those places. The food was even more artificial than usual. I think the Daly City location is much better. Even the Oakland location was good too. I wonder whats the deal with this place.

Today was my first time here. I didnt know what to expect. I loved that they offered buffalo, elk and ostrich meats. I had the buffalo. It was soooo good. The wedge fries were super tasty and the onion rings were as expected from onion rings. Overall, a good first experience. Next time Ill try the elk or the ostrich and I plan on getting an ice cream sundae.

I have never been, and will never be impressed by a fuddruckers. They have big burgers, who the #$%(*& cares? I can make a big burger at home too morons! They have ice-cream and beer too. So if you want a place that has ice-cream, beer, and meat, try Safeway, Luckys, or your nearest fuddwhatever

Best stake fries deal. If you like cheese on your stake fries, get all you want at the condiment counter, choice of cheddar or jalapeno cheese. Good quality hamburger meat. Fish & Chips is also good. I also like the chilly cheese fries although you get a little less then the Concord location

decent food but need to improve their service - they put chocolate chip cookies in a same take out box with hot cheeseburger and everything melted into one mash... and restrooms could definitely be cleaner... that can easily change the whole experience. not sure going there again.

Burger was good. Food was fresh. Everything was good until my wife found a hair in her salad. I talked to management not asking for a refund. They spend about 2 minutes looking for the hair in the salad. I just left we will not be back.

Ému, elk, buffalo, and of-course aged beef burger, what else could you ask for? Turkey?, chicken? Or even a salad? they got it and even sometime ostrich. Lets not forget sodas of every color and even a few decent beers

Oh man, havent been here since high school, and its still as gross as I remember it. The food is terrible, burgers i would throw away if I hadnt paid for it, and the smell of the place is disgusting. Avoid.

Solid service and hamburgers, really good dessert too! Fudds has always been a good place for lunch or dinner, its been nearly identical since my childhood. Truly a staple of Walnut Creek.

Good burgers when you need a change of pace from the fast food offerings. I enjoy the bottomless condiment bar and spicy cheese for my fries. Easy comfort eating for the whole family.

Burgers fries endless soda and ice cream what could be better? Video games and sports TV. They have it all plus a side room for large parties and peanuts while you wait.

Fresh, tender beef on a newly bakes brioche and seasoned fried! Delicious! A bit pricy to pay restaurant price for a pre-pay, but the quality speaks for itself.

Love the steak sandwich, eating peanuts while you wait for food. Ice cream and bake shop. You can get chicken to buffalo burgers here. Side room for parties
