Delicious greasy goodness in the form of a cheesesteak! Sometimes I just have one of those days when Im craving something greasy, savory, and filling and it was wonderful that I ran into the cheese steak shop! Its a shop dedicated to fulfilling all your cheese steak needs :) You pick a size, toppings, sides, etc.. you essentially just build your meal and they have different variations of the classic cheese steak if you wanted to try something new. I usually get the classic philly cheese steak. 10" if im really hungry and 7" if im not too hungry. They give a generous portion of steak in your sandwich! I especially love the peppers because it adds a nice kick to it and makes the sandwich super yummy :D The roll they used is soft but barely holds the sandwich together because they give a lot of meat and peppers. And to complete my meal, I either get the onion rings or their curly fries. They dont give that much when you order it as a side ): but the onion rings are delicious and fried perfectly. Its not too big or too small so makes it really easy to eat with my sandwich or in my sandwich. The prices here are great, the food is bomb, and the service is adequate. Nice lunch option if youre craving something delicious.

The Cheese Steak Shop is one of my favorite fast-food chains. Simply put, theres no better cheesesteak sandwich available in California. The restaurant is fast-food simple, but thats all it needs to be. Service is good but not remarkable. Its really all about the food, and thats whats important anyway. On a basic cheese steak, your steak is put on the grill and as it is cooking, the cook chops it up with a pair of spatulas until its nearly the consistency of hamburger, adding onions along the way. Just before its done, slices of cheese (American or Provolone) are placed on the meat to melt, and then the meat and cheese are put in a fresh, soft roll, along with some hot and sweet peppers. Its simply delicious. I also really love the big, nuclear-hot steak fries, something you dont see in many places. The Cheese Steak Shop always cooks them perfectly, too: crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. If youre a meat-eater and youre looking for a great meal, you cant beat The Cheese Steak Shop.

Great place for an awesome cheese steak! Visited twice. The service is typical counter sandwich service but friendly and nice. The last time I came was my birthday and got free fries!!! I would recommend getting the 15" version of your favorite cheese steak combination. Even if you cannot eat it all (I can only eat 1/4 of that) you can take the rest home and freeze it (or share with a friend): that is a lot of (delicious) food for a small price. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat!

This place cant boast Philly, cheese or steak in the menu. I got the smallest sandwich but still threw in a couple extra dollars in the tip jar as I stated "this is my first time trying this place out" and when I brought the sandwich home I ate it in 4 bites. I was wondering if KFC was still open after I ate the sandwich. If this place lived up to the monakir, then maybe Ill consider a return.

This place has the best Philly cheese steaks in California. Ive tried cheese steaks from many different places and none of them live up to this. The bread is good, the meat is good, and the hot and sweet cherry peppers are awesome. I always get the hoagie which adds tomato, lettuce, and mayo to the regular cheese steak.

One of the better Cheese steak shops in the area, I prefer this location over the Monterey location in San Jose. Go with the Pepperoni Pizza steak its so good! They also have beer battered onion rings which are also a favorite of mine.

I missed cheesesteaks from the east coast. This place, however, serves up delicious, greasy cheesesteaks that satisfy my hunger. So while its not the same as an truly authentic Philly cheesesteak, its plenty good enough.
