A few months ago I had the best cheesesteak experience at this location. The last three times we have been here the order has been wrong, they have given us less than full meat when we pay for double meat, and today they did not give us double meat on four of our five sandwiches and did not close the lid on my sauce so $80 worth of sandwiches were ruined. Not to mention what the sauce did to my car. When we called to speak to the manager he basically said that it didnt happen

Flat top could use a good cleaning as well the general cleanliness of the kitchen area. I would have preferred more care shown to my sandwich. There was very little cheese and more on the bread than in the meat. Roll could have been warmer; it could have been opened and placed face down on the flat top before placing the meat in the sandwich. Speed great, execution needs work in order represent Philly properly.

Every single weekend me and a group of friends come here. I love this place the staff is super friendly and the food in unrivaled. For a small shop they do more than a mean business. If you go there you gotta try the garlic bacon cheese steak its simply a work of art. Matter in fact Im am going there right now.

I went there today order 2 sandwiches double meat double cheese my wifes sandwich was made right the sandwich I got had half the meat that she did when I said something to the person at the counter she said that they did put the only in double cheese in it I thought I will never go back

The food was ok. But the more shocking thing was that the food for 2 people was 30 dollars. We could of gone to a sit down place and gotten better service. The atmosphere was dingy and no air conditioning. In the middle of summer.WTH!
