When i came into the store, i heard a bartista yelling at other workers about "this is why we cant have nice things" as she was washing something in the sink, with a look of irritation with her every move. After I placed my order, i told the bartista "thank you maam," and as I walked away, I quickly heard her retort "maam? Thats rude. Im not that old." Very rude indeed. I dont really like the idea of paying $2-$7 for a cup of coffee in general, but you for sure wont catch me in this Starbucks if they want to hire mouthy workers. A+ on the hot water for the tea though.

I went there this morning, i said good morning to the staff. I ordered my drink, there were 3 ladies in the store. 2 of them werent even making my drink, i stood there for a little bit just waiting. It was unacceptable and i have always had good service. They were all working and minding their business until i said something THEN, 1 of them finally bothered to make my drink. Those 2 girls should either be fired or pay more attention. There is NO excuse for that. Hopefully next time will be better.

Poor aditude after ordering a good amout of stuff i was told i can only have a tall cup of water! This is the first starbucks to refuse me a large water! And when I got to the window they forgot my sandwich had to recharge me and didnt even give me my water ! Its BS and i will never come to this starbucks again. I will happily Drive farther to get better service!

I went there for a cup of coffee. The employee named Molly was awful to me. She insulted how I looked, what my order was. After I asked for a small Black coffee, she said, "I would NEVER order that, BUT Im not an idiot, am I?" Awful experience. Would. Never. Go Back.

I loved this place,the barista was very nice and helped me thru all the hassle of adding a gift card to my account so I could get the rewards,even though they had a long line on the drive thru
