ANGELO. He is the reason for my low review. When you come to a starbucks and the worker looks as if he is completely uninterested in helping you know its going to be bad. When he finally came to the counter to help me, he walked up and said " what would you like" as if me stopping was an irritation to his day. I ordered my drink and he was just rude. Like... unnecessarily rude. When I get my Vanilla Bean Creme Frap with extra caramel, there is a bottom full of caramel about an inch thick. You literally cannot even drink up the straw, so i go back and let him know and he starts giving me excuses on why its my fault, then I stop him and say Id like you to remake it and he huffs off and makes it. I am new to this area and will never stop at this starbucks again. You need to have a serious conversation with him about customer service and what your brand represents. I have never had rudeness like that before at ANY starbucks.

Its small place but if u just want a coffee or a Frappuccino and want to sit down and read a book this is the place to go to. It has a few tables to sit down outside but not much of a view of anything if you do decide to. The service is really fast here but if you dont want to go inside you can go to their drive through and place your order. Their drive through serivce is also fast and wont need to wait long but it is popular and you will see a line but dont let tht fool you.

Easily the most poorly run starbucks Ive ever seen. Their only redemtion is that they have a drive-through. They do not follow usual starbucks ways. My biggest pieve is that they keep the splenda behind the counter (like they are guarding it... yah weird) so you have to grovel and beg for some. My wifes drinks are messed up at least 30% of the time. If you have the time go down to the Davis St Starbucks (by theater.) There you will be happy.

Last time ever wasting money here. Not only is this an occasional treat, but they seem to either have someone new or someone who cannot understand the concept of simple drinks. Java chip should not be a dark black, the barista saw this before passing the drink to the second person to hand out the window. It tastes like fake Hershey syrup and it is a powder drink! This is why their tip jar makes me laugh....they cannot even do their jobs!

worse starbucks drink i ever had and it not the first time. Ive been there twice and both time the service is slow and they cant seem to make a simple drink or too lazy to even stir up the powder. both time i order a green tea latte with ice and found all the green powder chunky unmixed on the bottom and the top is tasteless. if ur too lazy to even stir a simple drink then you shouldnt work there.

Starbucks if you get a new manager for the store, or close it completely. Have never seen Starbucks service this slow or incompetent. They over filled my drink, didnt wipe it off, and handed it to me dripping all over my hands and my car interior. The drive thru cashier could not understand why I was upset and asking for a towel.

Save your time do not go to this starbucks the service is horrendous. Its obvious the management is horrible and does not follow standard Starbucks company policies. Only go to this starbucks if you want a drink made incorrectly, thats the only thing they can do right!

Uncertain of the bases for the previous reviews. Some of the reviewers need to go somewhere that Starbucks is the only game in town and the staff knows it and (non)performs with that attitude. Great--and fast--service at this location! Keep up the great work!

Elijah was a very pleasant cashier but American watered down flavor was lacking. Not stocked with sleeves and tables dirty. :-( have experienced several problem here. With Barista in past never the same maybe the pour??? Not sure.

Always have good service when I go here, but the lines are often super long. Advise ordering online, but if theres an issue with your drink, note that they just put an empty cup on the ledge (I learned the hard way hahaha).

Besides waiting and waiting and waiting.......we finally got my drink that everybody after me had gotten theirs and left. Got out to the car left, took a sip. It was wrong????? Not a good example of Starbucks.

The service here is very unprofessional. The workers make a lot of mistakes on my order, and tend to be disrespectful. Get some people in there to work who appreciate the fact that they have a job.

Always seems to have a lengthy line, especially in the mornings on the weekend. Youre better off going to another location during those times. Drinks and food are per norm.
