This Sunday afternoon, Farrell was an unfriendly Manager who refused to honor my request for a small cup (not mini with no top) of whipped cream to accompany my coffee. Initially, Katie had said sure to my request and then asked if I would mind the mini cup. I told her that I am always given the shipped cream no questions asked at every other Starbucks...no charge. When she asked aPharrell as he walked by he blurted out "No" and kept walking with absolutely no eye contact or customer service protocol whatsoever. When I told him I would gladly pay for the small cup he refused to sell it to me. Is this really Starbucks...or am I in a "Matrix" where I actually am denied to order a specialty and pay for it! How sad. Especially after I told him that I am a Lyft driver that made a special trip, to see my 86 year-old Father at David Grant Hospital on Travis AFB. I further explained that I had very little sleep and was heading to San Francisco Airport, "so can you just sell or give it to me?" He proceeded to tell me that it was against their store policy (#9511) and that all the other Starbucks were wrong to give me what I have ordered for well over 10+ years now..."a side of whip in a small cup." When I told Farrell that l he really needs to analyze his lack of flexibility and customer service skills, and allow me to get, the whip, his reply was, "People always ask me to do it for them and I always say no. Im not going to go against my Managers store policy." Honestly though? Not a good policy. After talking to this knucklehead, I had absolutely no desire to buy my coffee there...ever again. Katie was sweet, but its true, "one bad apple" can spoil the whole bunch." With his absolute lack of pleasantry or tact, I really dont see this man moving up at Starbucks. I love Melissa @ Rockridge Oakland, Kathy @ Bay Point/Safeway, and Brandon on Railroad in Pittsburg locations. All really cool people. Farrell, on the other hand...SUCKS. I am now going into the Sunset Starbucks in Suisun near my patents house to get my coffee and side of whip. Its great that there are enough locations, that I really dont have to go this one ever again. I love having options...

Clean place and friendly employees but it is always crowded and hard to find a seat. I also only feel comfortable coming here when all the lawyers and officers are working and taking their breaks (of course the crowded time) because later on the unsavory teens and homeless linger or come in to try and use the restroom or panhandle if you are outside.

This Starbucks located in the "downtown" area of this small town. In the morning there are easy to find street parking spots on the street right next to the shop. So it is very easy to stop by and get a cup of coffee. The service is fast for morning coffee needs, and it is not too far away from the main street.

Its been around since I was in high school and the quality has stayed the same. Actually the first place I ever had coffee at and started me on my coffee journey. Still a good cup of coffee and great atmosphere.

Nice, clean and the staff is very caring and helpful. Visited with wife and two kids and they were very helpful in finding the right drinks and deserts that are right for their age.
