I was REALLY hungry that night I came to this location BK. I actually drove an extra few miles just to have BK after driving past it and changing my mind. It was a very stormy rainy night, too. I ordered the double cheese and bacon with fries. It was very fresh and the fries were awesome. BK had changed their fries and for the better. Ive been to other locations since then, but not as good as this location. Since it was night and very late, I had to go through the drive through. However, the parking lot and everything else was just fine and very safe, too. Whenever I think of having a BK moment; I think of this place and hope the others can follow.

Well, it took a long time to be served. I watched my order being prepared, then it just sat there for over 6 minutes while I stood there waiting for the cashier to give it to me. There was only one cashier at counter and one at window, and only one guy back there preparing orders. It was ridiculous. But at least the guy prepared my order correctly. At this particular restaurant, they usually get my order wrong. It is why this was my first time visiting this place again in 7 months.

Its Burger King. For fast food...you know. Its Burger King. Extra star for staff. I tend to go after weve hit the park. Im exhausted and have a headache from the wind. If you didnt know better youd think it was the day after Halloween and my kids found and consumed all collected candy in one sitting they are so wound up from playing. The crew there is always helpful and polite.... even if my 6 year old got Icee instead of water.

It takes too long to be noticed even in the drive thru, when you get to the window you see is only one person running back and forth from drive thru to dinning room cashiering, if there is another cashier for the dinning room they fight over the food. Not a pleasant experience, I try to avoid this one.

The drive-thru service is usually quick without incident, but exiting the restaurant on El Camino Real to the farthest left lane to turn left at the next intersection at Westborough is a real challenge because there are so many cars going North.

This place must have cleaned up it act. The restaurant is clean and friendly. The fries are so hot I almost burned my tongue. The service is friendly and extra nice. I will definitely come back and might make it my go to burger king!

Cold fries... If you complain about getting cold fries the manager will give you a bad time. Also, they wont give you a refund if they give you cold food. They need a change in management.
