I cant come here anymore...The staff is incredibly rude and although the food is cheap, its not worth it. I have had a bad experience the last two or three times... When I went in today, the server didnt look at me once, even when taking my order. No one said anything to me until I asked if I could order. The server was also very rude to an elderly gentleman who ordered before me, and her and her friend working there were talking about both of us hueros. Supongo que porque soy un blanco en los EEUU, vosotros pensais que no puedo comprender la lengua. (I suppose that because I am white from the US, yall think that I cant understand the language).

Cheated me out of a dollar worth of beans, the lady repeated my order correctly in the drive thru. However, when I ate my food at home the bowl was missing the beans. It would cost me a dollar in gas to travel there. This location frequently screws up your food order. In the past the manger accused me of lying, when I was being truthful, and refused to replace my order. I have decided rather than waste my time with the management to continue to write reviews about the poor service that I receive at this location. Many times this location has served me stale tortillas.

BEWARE will not replace a food item when they give you the wrong item. I ordered two turkey hard shell tacos and they gave me two chicken tacos. I called and the shift leader said I accidentally pressed chicken tacos and hung the phone up on me. I called back several times and they would not answer the phone, Ernesto finally answered the phone and said to come there and he would replace the the order free of charge. When I went there to pick up my tacos, a lady said that there was no note and refused to replace the order.

I dont even know what to say about this place...I live in Ventura & I was meeting a friend halfway to drop off my goddaughter who had been visiting with me. I stopped there to order a quick bite to go before the 40 minute drive to work. I ordered an avocado veggie bowl and after a bite noticed little bits of chicken under the beans like they had messed up and decided to pick out the chicken instead of remaking it. It was repulsive!!!!

i ordered the new chicken avocado burrito and was very dissapointed with the quality of the food, i didnt even taste avocado until i was more then halfway done with my burrito. the chicken was soggy and low quality and overall horrible. i called to complain respectfully and someone answered with rudeness. i will never be eating from del taco again. you guys suck so bad, your the worst.

I was short a burrito and they put green sauce instead of red sauce. I called just to let them be aware of the mistake. (Didnt want anything) the shift manager hung up on me and wouldnt answer phone again when I called back thanking maybe it was an accident. I will be calling the district office first thing in the morning. Shift manager that was working at 8:55 watch out...

As a customer I dont appreciate watching the so called manager Eric Sanchez degrading a co worker in front of me. Before you start to make fun of a co workers in Spanish Mr Sanchez pay close attention your customers arent watching and make sure they dont understand what u are saying. Eric Sanchez you need to learn and understand the meaning of the word professionalism.

Its del taco so you get what you expect. But for some reason they dont like to clean the place. Every table is always covered with leftover cheese and lettuce from the last person who sat there and its not like theyre busy either. They just dont go around and wipe down the tables.

The drive through window is extremely distorted. They couldnt hear us very well either. They got our order wrong. The food was very good though, and they replaced the mistake for us for no charge. I suggest going inside so they can actually hear you if you want a better experience.

Del Taco has good food, fast and friendly. For 2 adults on Tuesday we got 6 sm. tacos, 2 med. sodas and a good sized amount of fries for less than $10 bucks, they also have alot of coupons thru the mail, good clean eats
