I had the displeasure of visiting this store today. The drive thru was at least a dozen cars deep so we went in to get a tea and a coffee. The employees seemed to be enjoying working at a sloths pace. The only coffee available was Pike which I dislike and requested a pour-over Blonde roast. The barista working the register said he would get my coffee going, disappeared for a couple minutes, then returned and said our drinks would be right out. The tea was ready in a few minutes but my coffee took 10. It shouldnt take so long to get a cup of coffee at a coffeehouse. When I went back to the register to request my receipt, the barista spent a few minutes hitting buttons on the register then told me he couldnt give me a receipt for some bizarre reason.

Stars disappear in my rating for lack of speed mainly. The line inside often becomes very long here, especially during peak hours. As always the existence of a drive-thru plays a major role in this, but I believe negligence also factors in. Another peeve is, most of the time there is no cinnamon or sprinkle of any kind at the supplies bar (what is the name of that table? surely Starbucks has a technical term to describe it!). On the plus side, there are plenty of tables both inside and out, plenty of outlets to charge devices with, an unusually good selection of music playing, clean restrooms, and---perhaps no other Starbucks in the world can boast this---the novelty of an active oil derrick pumping away, just 100 feet from the entrance!

I went tonight to get a caramel frapp with extra caramel like I usually do. My husband pulls up at the drive-thru speaker and i order. We get to the window and we wait like 5 mins before anyone gets to us (and the the drive-thru was EMPTY!) My husband pays and the bartista gives my husband the drink. So I tell the guy " sorry I ordered a caramel frapp with extra caramel" The guy replied, "is there any difference?" Rudely. I got upset with him, because I would never expect anyone who worked at Starbucks to talk to me like I was five years old. I just replied no and told my husband lets go. Worst experience there ever and i always go.

I usually like this Starbucks but today was just error after error. First they forgot to put my protein Bistro box on the order even though he repeated it to me. I asked for no sweetener in my iced black tea and when I took a drink of it it was loaded with sugar. Then he said he was out of bags even though I see other people bagging stuff up and he said that his station was out of them. Then quit being lazy and get one from somebody else. So he handed my two lunch orders to me without bags. So juggling two drinks and 2 lunches and then I had to go back to get the drink fixed. Not very happy right now

I visited this Starbucks recently. The wait through the drive thru was quite long, but its Starbucks, you have to expect some type of wait. I ordered my drink and it was probably the best Ive had in quite sometime. The ratio of coffee to cream to sweetener was on point. Id give it 5 stars of the wait was a bit shorter, but overall, very happy with my drink. Ill probably be back, it next time step inside. There is also a fair amount of parking.

Good drinks but soooooo slow to get. Went inside to order because drive thru line was deep. Took 20 minutes to get my drink this evening. Employees are friendly but the floors, bathroom and self-serve cream and sugar counter were a mess. Earlier this week, at 5:45 in the morning, took 8 mins to get my drink with only one car ahead of me. Bummed that theres not another drive thru coffee place in the area.

Fast service and friendly staff, only been to this location a handful of times but I wouldnt give 5 stars because every time Ive gone to this store theyve made my drink incorrectly. 4 out of 5 times it was due to someone not paying attention to the markings on the cup and one time it was because the girl didnt know the correct amount of vanilla syrup pumps that are supposed to be in a caramel macchiato...

This store is directly on my way to work and I go out of my way to avoid it. My drinks never taste quite right and the service isnt world-class. Today, I had the day off and decided to give it another chance... I wish I hadnt. My venti drink was made a little over half-full. Only giving them a two because I have encountered a few nice baristas. I will not be returning to this store.

These guys always have a really good sandwich! The chicken panini is amazing! Try the egg, cheese, veggie & fruit dishes. Cage-free & gourmet options make sure you get what you want everytime you go. A high level of eating which is better than the normal fast-food fare. Really like the new drive-thru, it gets you going back on the road in no time!

Not the cleanest or most efficient Starbucks Ive been to, but its ok. Register person mustve been new. Made lots of mistakes. Needs more training. Bits of papers around seating area. Could be cleaned up more. Look for the oil rigs outside for location. Birds nest on signage too

I think it is impressive that they already know what my sister wants when she pulls up to the drive thru! The drive thru attendant is very friendly and welcoming! Its typical Starbucks. Nothing new nothing special. But the staff is what makes this place special!

Great location, horrible service. I ordered one drink on a Saturday afternoon at about 1:40 and set my timer because Ive been here before, and its taken FOREVER to get a drink. Get ready... 7 minutes and 51 seconds! If youre in a hurry, go somewhere else.

I use to love this Starbucks it was the one I would go to everyday but since they remodeled they got new people and the two guys that I dealt with today were so rude. I hope they change their attitude because their service is not what Starbucks is about

Im a bit partial since this is kind of " My" Starbucks. Its like the show cheers its a place where everyone knows you name. With that said every thing down to the clean bathroom makes this place awesome. And they are fast and add care to each order.

Great new building, now with drive thru. Great open patio with a good number of chairs. The interior is bright & spacious with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and helpful. However they do tend to run out of most items by the afternoon.

Excellent customer service I love this Starbucks the only complaint is the long lines in the drive thru makes me have to get out of my car in my pjs to go inside where the lines are always fast:) always friendly & smiling

one of best Starbucks I been to. The staff will greet you with kindness and always ask if there is anything else that we need. I know it sounds like thats very common, but you could tell it was a sincere question.
